Research On Spatial Layout Of Urban Center Area In Zhengzhou City Based On Spatial Syntax

Since the 1970 s and 1980 s,many cities in China have carried out a large area of development and construction activities,but for a long time the development of the city has always attached importance to the national economic and social development plan,disparaging the deviation of urban spatial layout planning,resulting in the current city Space development imbalance,spatial structure disorder.Urban spatial form and structure are the important factors influencing the development of urban space.At the same time,it is directly related to the distribution of commercial land,business is affected by the movement of the city active function,and movement and function are mutual influence,space shape and structure at the same time affect and decide the above two.Therefore,this paper takes the urban central area of Zhengzhou as the research object,and uses the spatial syntax technique to study the spatial layout of Zhengzhou city center from the spatial form,spatial structure and commercial land distribution.This paper first introduces the connotation of spatial syntax,and analyzes the advantages of spatial syntax compared with traditional spatial analysis methods.Secondly,based on the relevant background of Zhengzhou City and the interpretation of planning to determine the scope of the study.Finally,through the establishment of spatial syntax model,select the relevant parameters,from the spatial form of the analysis of the characteristics of the two-wheel hub,the characteristics of the central area reflects the combination of spatial development model and trends,and the new and old cities in the spatial organization level And the spatial differences in the spatial structure of some areas are from the point of view of the spatial structure level,from the overall urban scale to the local block scale to the comprehensive scale analysis,which indicates that the central area is initially equipped with the multi-center spatial structure system,According to the layout analysis,the commercial distribution of the strip in the old city is better than that of the spatial structure,while the coordination pattern of the cluster structure and the spatial structure of the new city is poor.Based on this,the relevant suggestions are put forward: efforts to control the transfer of the streets of the old city,to strengthen the street density of the new district;to guide the urban spatial structure to the multi-center space system development;to strengthen the space permeability to promote commercial space to take full advantage of the spatial structure of the potential TheThis paper tries to explore the urban spatial layout of Zhengzhou city from the perspective of quantitative analysis,and hopes to revise the problem of spatial layout in Zhengzhou city center area,which makes the spatial shape,structure and commercial land distribution produce good interaction effect.
