Research On The Environmental Renewal Design Of Xi’an Old Residential Districts Oriented By Residents’ Demand

Residential environmental space is the "first stop" and "last stop" for residents to contact outdoor space.It combines daily activities such as residents’ interaction,rest and travel.Therefore,residential environmental space is the most convenient space carrier with the highest utilization rate.With the rapid progress of urbanization in Xi’an,urban renewal has also become a major part of the construction of Xi’an.Among them,the transformation of old residential areas has received a lot of attention.In addition to the vital interests of relatively disadvantaged groups,it also affects the city as a whole.Development has a non-negligible role,but compared to demolishing and rebuilding,how to rejuvenate old residential areas in a relatively fixed framework and meet the needs of residents to a certain extent is a difficult problem.Therefore,this article attempts to explain The research on the renewal design of the environmental space in Demen North District is the direction to explore the design methods for the renewal and transformation of old residential areas.First of all,this paper will systematically compare the three editions of residential area planning and design specifications in 1993,02,and 18,and summarize and sort out the three editions of the design specifications regarding the changes in the provisions of the residential square green space,public service space,and traffic space.Based on this analysis of the spatial layout characteristics of the old residential area,and on the other hand,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,it analyzes the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the residents of the old residential area under the background of the current era.And divide the age level,analyze the characteristics of the needs of the residents of each age level for the space elements,and then combine the investigation and analysis of the current situation and needs of the typical old residential areas in Xi’an in Chapter 3,aiming at the actual case of the renewal and transformation of the typical old residential areas,Put forward specific renewal strategies(Chapter 4)from five levels of space quality,space safety,space vitality,space management and space culture(Chapter 4),and finally carried out the typical old residential area in Xi’an--Mingdemen North District Renovate design practice,and discuss measures to update design from four aspects: function,traffic,boundary,and culture(Chapter 5).I hope that this article will expand and deepen the research on the renewal and transformation of old residential areas in my country.At the same time,as a key demonstration area of old residential areas,Xi’an has a relatively heavy reconstruction task at this stage.I also hope that this article will practice transformation of old residential areas in Xi’an It can play an auxiliary role to realize the sustainable and vital development of old residential areas.
