| Xi’ an is located in the cold region of China,and it is cold in winter.The thermal environment of buildings is affected by low temperature,snowfall and other weather;While summer is hot,and the building thermal environment is affected by high temperature,solar radiation and other weather.In order to ensure the comfort of indoor thermal environment,buildings in Xi ’an need to meet the requirements of heat preservation,cold protection and heat protection.With the continuous development of economy in Xi ’an,the number of commercial complexes is increasing.This kind of building has the characteristics of large building area,high passenger flow and shared space formed by atrium.In terms of thermal environment,the total energy consumption of commercial complex is mainly composed of cooling energy consumption in summer and heating energy consumption in winter,and the cooling load and heating load are affected by the layout of shared space.In order to achieve the green design goal of sustainable development,reducing the energy consumption of thermal environment of commercial complex has become a research problem that attracts much attention at present.In this paper,through case analysis,De ST simulation and other methods,the low-energy design of shared space layout of commercial complexes in Xi ’an is studied,so as to establish and improve the theoretical framework of low-energy design of shared space of commercial complexes in Xi ’an and provide theoretical basis for green energy-saving design of commercial complexes.In the first chapter of this paper,the research object and related contents are explained and analyzed theoretically.First of all,the development background of commercial complex and the existing energy consumption problems at this stage are explored.The results show that the commercial complex is developing rapidly with a large amount of construction,the energy consumption of commercial complex is huge,and the shared space in commercial complex has great energy saving potential.Secondly,the purpose of this study is to optimize the layout of shared space and realize low energy consumption in the thermal environment of commercial complex buildings is cleared,and the significance of this study is to provide green energy-saving commercial complex building design schemes,improve design efficiency and realize low energy consumption design concepts.Thirdly,through the study of related research at home and abroad,it is found that the space environment quality of commercial complex needs to be improved,and the building energy saving scheme obtained by computer simulation can effectively reduce the energy consumption of commercial complex.Finally,the research scope and concept are defined,and the main research contents and research methods of this paper are expounded.In the second chapter of this paper,the layout of shared space of commercial complex was investigated and analyzed.Firstly,the basic characteristics of shared space are expounded,which is defined as atrium space running through buildings in this paper.Secondly,the layout of shared space is analyzed.The main categories are:core type,embedded type,through type,parallel type and outsourcing type of single atrium;Series connection,parallel connection and peripheral connection of multi-core atrium.Moreover,the energy consumption of shared spaces with different spatial forms is classified and analyzed.Finally,the characteristics of main commercial complexes and their shared spaces in Xi’an are analyzed.In the third chapter of this paper,the thermal environment energy consumption of commercial complexes with different forms and layouts is simulated by using De ST platform.The results show that:(1)With the increase of skylight area in atrium,the total energy consumption,cooling load and heat load of commercial complex thermal environment increase.(2)The total energy consumption,cooling load and heat load of the commercial complex decrease with the increase of the number of sides of the atrium plane and the approach of the whole shape to the circle.(3)The greater the number of atrium and the more dispersed the layout,the lower the total energy consumption,cooling load and heat load of commercial complex thermal environment.(4)With the increase of heat transfer coefficient of transparent envelope,the total energy consumption,cooling load and heat load of commercial complex show an upward trend.With the increase of light transmittance of transparent envelope,the total energy consumption,cooling load and heat load of commercial complex are on the rise.In the fourth chapter,according to the simulation results,the low energy consumption design scheme of commercial complex is put forward.First of all,from the angle of reasonable compensation for unfavorable conditions,it is proposed that the skylight area of atrium should be controlled moderately,the plane shape of atrium should be adjusted reasonably,the number of atrium should be increased moderately,the layout of atrium should be scattered,and the transparent envelope material should be kept low in heat transfer and insulation.Secondly,from the perspective of spatial combination based on comprehensive performance optimization,it is proposed that the construction direction should be due south or due north as much as possible;The low energy consumption design scheme of building thermal environment in cold areas should focus on reducing the energy consumption of building refrigeration and choose the design scheme with the lowest total energy consumption. |
