| With the economic and social progress in our country,commercial real estate has been unprecedentedly developed,and the commercial complex has shown an increasingly prosperous scene.Commercial complexes are increasingly becoming the centerpiece of social activities for urban residents in their daily lives and business contacts.However,due to the more efficient and convenient consumption methods and more diversified business functions,environmental quality and consumer sentiment needs have received increasing attention.At the same time,the widespread application of e-commerce means that an unprecedented technological revolution is taking place in the modern business model.Therefore,new economic and social development period put forward higher requirements for the design of the atrium space of commercial complexes.In this context,this paper tries to combine spatial consumption theory with the perspective of spatial sociology,taking "space" as a kind of consumer object,it focuses on the study of the use value of space and enriches the design concept of the atrium space of urban commercial complexes.Based on the existing problems in the existing commercial complex atrium space,this article explains the promoting role of space consumption in the Atrium space transformation.At the same time,it explores the transformative characteristics of the commercial complex atrium space,including the compounding of its forms,the integration and diversification of functions,and then the analysis of the logic of the construction of the atrium space.Such as: constituent elements,functional weights and socialization tendencies,etc.On this basis,the design method of the commercial complex atrium space,ie,the atrium space,must have an overall design concept.Reasonable function layout and environment construction should pay more attention to the social attributes of space and derive design principles of the atrium space.They are: the right of space consumption,the cost of space consumption,and the symbolic intention of space consumption.Based on the analysis of the above theory and practice,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,spatial consumption determines the change in the consumerism of commercial complex atrium space.The environment that originally realized consumption and realized material value has become the commodity for mass consumption.The consumption of space has become the value orientation of the general public and ultimately determines the physics of architectural space.Changeand development direction.Second,the evolution of the Atrium space revolution is the result of the role of social core values.The concept of humanistic design is derived from the continuous advancement,exploration,and summary of social core values,cultural orientation,and humanistic academic achievements.It determines the physical existence of Atrium space architecture.The social core values are the external causes of the evolution of the commercial complex atrium space.Changing the construction law to improve the commercial value of the atrium space is an internal driving force for the transformation of the commercial complex atrium space.Third,the fragmentation of consumer culture leads to the multi-layered nature of the atrium space design.Modern consumer culture more respects individual needs and fully embodies the personalized needs of the Atrium space design.The public’s consumer behavior,value orientation and lifestyle all put forward higher and more requirements on the architectural space,and determine the reasonableness and development of the atrium architectural space.From "consumption in space" to "space consumption",with people’s consumer behavior and the changes in consumer culture that have evolved,"Space" evolved from a place of consumption into a consumer object.when the development of the city has gradually spawned a complex commercial complex,there is more variety of atrium space available for consumption.Space consumption is finally able to adopt a more imaginative and closer approach to social life.A more frequent interaction with people’s daily business activities,leisure activities,etc.This creates more business value and social value.Renewed vitality for the commercial complex’s atrium space,making the design of atrium space more challenging,it is also particularly important in the new era. |
