Pilots are special-skilled people who lead ships to berth,but their average age has reached 45 years old,and they are severely understaffed.The pilot’s death rate from boarding a ship is 10 times higher than the average value of the industry in the same period.Therefore,it is extremely urgent for the pilot to board and leave the ship.By understanding and analyzing the pilot operation process,the risk of the pilot entering the ship leaving the ship is a major risk factor.The reasons include bad weather conditions,dilapidation of pilot ladders,and negligence of pilots.At present,domestic and international authorities have detailed requirements for pilots to board and disembark,including pilot ladders and lighting facilities.However,these regulations and measures,all of them are pre-existing and post-remediation,and there is no countermeasure against the pilot’s fall condition and safety equipment.The prevention in the matter is still blank.Therefore,the development of the pilot’s boarding safety protection device is carried out to protect the pilot.And this have certain social benefits.In order to reduce the casualties of the pilots,a set of intelligent and reliable pilot safety protection system was designed.The pilot is a dynamic process when boarding the ship to climb the ladder,and most of the guards are static.Aiming at this problem,the designed safety protection system is mainly composed of two parts: attitude monitoring device and climbing protection device.The attitude monitoring device is responsible for real-time monitoring of the pilot’s ladder status,and sends corresponding instructions to the climbing protection device.The climbing protection device receives After the command,follow the pilot on the safety rope to prevent the pilot from falling protection.In order to monitor the pilot’s real-time ladder state,the acceleration signal and the altitude signal collected by the attitude sensor and the air pressure sensor are combined and the attitude judgment algorithm is designed to judge the pilot’s ladder state.Aiming at the realization of the attitude,the processing and algorithm analysis of the attitude signal and the air pressure signal and the wireless control of the climbing protection device,the main control circuit of the two devices is designed,and the control system design with STM32F103C8T6 as the core processor is completed.The posture sensor,the construction of the air pressure sensor acquisition module,the construction of the wireless communication module,the DC motor module control,etc.,completed the welding and debugging of the two circuit boards.Moreover,based on the Keil5 programming environment,the embedded programming of the attitude monitoring device and the climbing protection device is completed with C-voice,including the pilot attitude monitoring,wireless communication,human-computer interaction display and other functions,and supports the USB communication interface.According to the data collected by the attitude monitoring device,the program is written in matlab for experimental verification.Finally,the process from theoretical design to prototype test of the system was completed.The mechanical structure,hardware circuit and software program were designed.The attitude monitoring step number judgment algorithm was studied,and the prototype was developed to study the safety of the pilots boarding and leaving the ship.The system can protect the pilots from boarding safely and has certain economic and social benefits.
