In recent years,with the increasingly stringent environmental requirements.people in the car performance requirements of the increase.The structure of automobile engines has increasingly complicated,the performance has a higher requirement,its work capability is important to the reliability of engine.Reliability indices are the important parameters for the Engine manufacturing,improve reliability is one of the main methods to give automakers a competitive advantage.The traditional reliability analysis method is weak in the analysis of the complex system,such as describing the polymorphism of things,the uncertainty of logical relationship and the correlation of component failure.In order to solve the above problems,a new method of engine system reliability evaluation based on FMEA Bayesian network is proposed in this thesis.First,this thesis introduces the research status of system reliability,then analyzes the inner structure of automobile engine and FMEA of typical engine system.Next,from the angle of Bayesian network theory,demonstrate its competitive advantage in uncertainties.Base on the FMEA,the author established an analysis model for engine.Evaluate the engine system reliability by Ge NIe.After research,it is found that the Bayesian network analysis method has certain advantages over the other reliability analysis methods.First,it’s able to calculate the reliability probabilit of the engine system at a certain time.Second,it’s able to diagnosis the multistate system and identify the weak part.
