The development of automation technology manufacturing has promoted the development of production and assembly in the direction of high efficiency,intelligence and automation.Today,most of the small and medium-sized factories and companies in our country still use labor to handle,hold and transport materials.The production of laborintensive way,low efficiency,poor security and reliability,is one of the important causes of the production of frequent accidents.Therefore,improving the automation level of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises can not only improve production line efficiency and reduce labor intensity;it can also improve the quality of product manufacturing.This thesis takes the inspection station of the assembly line of the intelligent electric drying rack of a company in Jinhua as the research object,and conducts the research on the automatic delivery of the electric drying rack’s inspection process.According to the data and process requirements provided by the company,combined with the analysis of actual working conditions,the electric drying rack’s movement schemes such as transfer,grabbing and lifting are analyzed and designed,and the key components are analyzed with the help of finite element analysis software.Verify and design and write the control system.Through the cooperation of transfer,grabbing,lifting and other mechanisms,the automatic inspection process of the electric drying rack from the assembly line to the inspection position,and then from the inspection position back to the assembly line is realized.This thesis mainly completes the following contents:First of all,the research status of automation technology at home and abroad was consulted,and the structural characteristics and operation modes of corresponding automation equipment in the current domestic and foreign industrial automation production process were analyzed.Combined with the requirements and characteristics of this topic,the automatic inspection of electric drying rack was proposed Research program.Second,according to the product specifications and project requirements provided by the company,the actual working conditions were analyzed,and the design parameters and technical requirements for the automatic inspection of the electric drying rack were put forward.The overall layout plan is determined,and the realization of the gripping and lifting transmission of the manipulator is analyzed and compared,and the specific transmission plan for gripping and lifting is determined.Third,according to the determined transmission scheme,the structural design of the transfer mechanism,the grasping mechanism and the lifting mechanism was completed,and the selection calculation and verification analysis of the external procurement parts were carried out.At the same time,the SolidWorks2016 modeling software was used to establish 3D models of the transfer mechanism,the grasping mechanism and the lifting mechanism,and the prototype was installed.Fourth,use ANSYS software to perform finite element analysis on the key components(manipulator claws,rotating shafts,and overall gantry)in the automatic inspection device,and analyze the generated cloud diagram to verify the static and dynamic performance of the components,To ensure that the structural design meets the requirements.Fifth,the control system of the automatic inspection device of the electric drying rack is designed.Take Mitsubishi’s PLC as the controller,three-phase asynchronous motor and cylinder as the driving part of the transfer mechanism,stepping motor and ball screw constitute the power system of the manipulator,and the lifting drive is composed of stepping motor and reel.It is composed of steel wire rope and designed pneumatic system diagram and power supply circuit wiring diagram at the same time.Combining the work flow and control requirements of the mechanical structure,the I/O is allocated.Write control program in GX work2 software,and debug and run.Finally,a man-machine interface is drawn to monitor the operation process of the organization.
