With the rapid upgrading of industrial manufacturing,the demand for large-scale measurement of field space is increasing,and the demand for field measurement is also increasing.The laser tracking interferometer,which is compact in structure and easy to carry,can meet the requirements of field measurement.The laser tracking interferometry system,which is composed of several laser tracking interferometers,is widely used in the field of large space measurement.However,the laser tracking interferometer is expensive and the cost of constructing the laser tracking interferometry system with multiple laser tracking interferometers is quite high.Therefore,this project plans to use a single laser tracking interferometer to build a time-sharing multi stations laser tracking interferometry system.This project adopts a single laser tracking interferometer,based on the principle of laser multi-lateral method,and sets up a time-sharing four-stations laser tracking interferometry system by the way of transferring stations.The main research contents and key work are as follows:(1)Studied the system principle,got familiar with the laser multi-lateral method,and mastered the gauss-newton method to process experimental data.(2)According to the actual measurement needs,using C#to design and develop software,with the laser tracking interferometer to read and write the measurement data in real time,and programming to realize the Gauss Newton algorithm to process the measurement data.(3)Analyze the base station layout of the laser tracking interferometer and select a reasonable layout based on the actual experimental conditions.After comprehensive analysis,the nominal layout of isosceles tetrahedron was selected for experimental study.(4)Under the nominal layout,a time-sharing four-stations laser tracking interferometry system was established with a single laser tracking interferometer,and the accuracy of the system was tested.In the range of space(500×800×500)mm~3,comparing with laser interferometer in measuring space linear length in three directions of X-axis,Y-axis and Z-axis,the difference was less than 0.4μm.And in the range of space(500×600×500)mm~3,comparing with coordinate measuring machine in measuring of spatial moving points,the position deviation was less than 3μm.
