The medium-low speed maglev train get current by contacting between the collector shoes installed on the bogie and the conduct rail laid on both sides of the walking rail,providing energy and power for the maglev vehicle to provide traction,suspension,guidance and other electrical equipment on the vehicle.The collector shoes,conduct rail and the dynamic relationship of both is the basis and the key to further speeding up of the maglev train,Based on the virtual prototype technology,the dynamic characteristics of shoe-rail current collection system are simulated in this paper.The main research work and innovations are as follows:1.The virtual prototype simulation model of the whole vehicle dynamics of the maglev train with collector shoe and current rail is established.Firstly,the multi-body dynamic simulation model of the collector shoe is established according to the actual structure of the collector shoe;secondly,the model of current collection track and running track irregularity is established based on the spectrum characteristics of the track irregularity of Tangshan low-speed maglev test line;finally,the simulation model of the collector shoe and current collection track is integrated into the model of medium speed maglev train,and the dynamic characteristics of the shoe-rail current collection system of the virtual prototype model are obtained.2.Simulation analysis of running speed of maglev train to shoe-rail current collection system.In the traditional evaluation method of current collection quality,contact resistance is added as the evaluation index of shoe-rail current collection;based on LMS virtual.Lab Motion software carries out simulation tests under different speed of the maglev train under the condition of track irregularity and regularity,for obtaining the shoe-rail vibration response;analyzes the simulation results by using contact force,offline rate and contact resistance,concludes that contact resistance as an index can more regional reflect the change of shoe-rail contact current collection quality by comparing the performance of three evaluation indexes.The results show that the track irregularity and the increase of speed are the main reasons for the decline of current collection quality,especially at high speed.3.The influence of vehicle running speed on the wear characteristics of shoe-rail current collection system.In this paper,the mathematical expression between wear and displacement with speed is obtained,based on the previous empirical formula of wear amount obtained in the shoe-rail current collection experiment.Based on the dynamic simulation,the simulation data of contact force changing with displacement are obtained under the condition of track irregularity and regularity,and the wear rate changing with velocity and displacement are obtained.According to the data and change rule of wear,it is shown that the speed of maglev train is not the most important factor affecting the wear of contract strip under the track regularity,instead,the sharp change of contact force is the main reason for the wear of contract strip caused by the increase of speed under the track irregularity.conduct rail4.The influence of quality of contract strip and track irregularity level on shoe-rail current collection system at high speed.In this paper,different track irregularity level and different quality of contract strip are simulated under the condition of vehicle running speed of 200 km / h.According to the simulation results,the increase of different quality of contract strip will lead to more violent shoe-rail vibration and more sharp increase of contact force,contact resistance and wear rate.If it reaches 200 km / h,the quality of contract strip should be no more than 8kg.According to the simulation results,the track irregularity level is inversely proportional to the current collection quality.The current collection track irregularity is the decisive factor causes the increase of shoe-rail vibration,contact force,contact resistance and wear rate.If it runs to 200 km / h,the track irregularity level of current collection rail should be controlled below 1mm.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the engineering development of the shoe-rail current collection system of the motor mounted medium speed maglev train,and provide theoretical basis for optimizing the shoe-rail current collection system and selecting appropriate shoe-rail parameters.
