With the gradual development of urban rail transit in recent years,the current receiving system of collector shoe and contact rail has become one of the main current receiving modes.The high quality dynamic performance between the collector shoe and contact rail is an important prerequisite to ensure the safe and stable operation of the shoe-rail current receiving system.In order to accurately,timely and comprehensively monitor the various running states of the shoe-rail system,further analyze and master the dynamic performance law of the shoerail system,and provide feedback to the design process,it is urgent to research and develop a monitoring system for the dynamic performance of the shoe-rail system.In view of the fact that the detection index of the shoe-rail system in China is relatively single,the feasibility and applicability of some detection systems have not been verified by actual test,and the lack of on-board real-time shoe-rail monitoring system that can combine video monitoring,data processing and analysis and comprehensive evaluation functions,this paper takes the current quality of the shoe-rail system as the core and theoretical basis,and combines the standards and specifications of measurement and test in the field of pantographcatenary and shoe-rail system,the dynamic performance detection index system and its evaluation criteria are established based on the contact force,vibration acceleration,current,arc burning and transverse geometric parameters of shoe-rail system.Based on the analysis of the influence of each index on the dynamic performance and the current quality of the shoe-rail system,the detection principle and implementation scheme of the above indexes are studied.In addition,a comprehensive evaluation method for the operation quality of the shoe-rail system based on the fuzzy synthesis method and the combination weighting method is established,and a comprehensive evaluation scheme for the operation quality of the shoe-rail system based on the statistical results of the testing data is determined.On this basis,based on the requirements of measurement and test in the field of pantograph-catenary and shoe-rail system and the established evaluation standard system of detection index,the overall scheme of dynamic performance monitoring system of shoe-rail system is designed,and the matching software for processing and statistical analysis of the original detection data is developed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the system,this paper takes a medium and low speed maglev as the test object,applies the monitoring system to participate in the maglev train step by step speed-up test(80~160km/h),and collects data at the same time,while the feasibility and effectiveness of the monitoring system are verified,the contact force,vibration acceleration,current and arcing rate are statistically analyzed.According to the research,the arc ignition or electric spark between the collector shoe and contact rail generally occurs in the speeding section of the train,especially when the collector shoe slide passes through the bolted joint or expansion joint.At the same time,it is found that the vibration acceleration of the collector shoe slide is large.As for the operation quality of the shoe-rail system,it is found that as the speed level increases,the overall operation quality of the shoe-rail system has declined.
