With the rapid development of urbanization,the scale of city is becoming larger and larger.How to improve the utilization rate of urban space greening is a problem worthy of attention.In order to meet the development needs of urban space greening,people use vertical greening technology to design urban space.The wide application of vertical greening can better promote the development of urban ecological greening.Comparatively speaking,the vertical greening design method can better meet the needs of the current urban greening development than the traditional greening design method.In the performance of its function value,the vertical greening design is more effective in saving land space and solving the current situation of insufficient urban greening land,And create more green space for people to get close to nature.The innovation of greening mode is indispensable in the construction of ecological city in China.It is also in line with the concept of low-carbon and sustainable development to build a green ecological city with vertical greening design.With the development of the times,many countries are gradually adopting this new form to do urban greening.This paper starts with the research on the background of vertical greening,analyzes its value,technology and application scope by referring to the experience of vertical greening at home and abroad,so that readers can better understand the structure of urban vertical greening,and then explains the impact of vertical greening design on urban construction and greening development in China through analysis,Finally,combined with theory and case study,the vertical greening design is applied to practice.At present,China is in the rapid development of urbanization,it is necessary to study the urban vertical greening design.
