| As the most important air compression device in the automotive industry,turbochargers can provide sufficient air for the engine.With the increase of car ownership year by year,the demand for turbochargers is increasing,which requires companies to improve the level of automated manufacturing and production efficiency.As an important part of automated manufacturing,advanced planning and scheduling system can effectively improve job-shop productivity and save production resources.The turbocharger housing this paper introduced is used to connect the exhaust pipe and protect the internal structure.In this paper,an advanced planning and scheduling system for flexible production of turbocharger shells is developed to meet the processing needs of enterprises.There are dozens of turbocharger housing specifications,each of which is subdivided into dozens of models.Each type of turbocharger housing has different processing requirements,mainly including turning internal and external circles,turning end faces,threading,and turning surrounding bosses.In order to meet the processing of different types of turbocharger housing,the manufacturing system is required to have sufficient flexible processing capabilities.Aiming at the processing characteristics of the turbocharger housing,the construction process of the turbocharger housing flexible manufacturing system is introduced,including system composition,job-shop layout,overall software function model and network architecture.It lays the foundation for the subsequent design of scheduling algorithm and scheduling system.According to the flexible production target of turbocharger housing,after considering the mass production of products,process route constraints,and consideration of actual conditions such as tool and fixture replacement time,a multi-objective flexible job-shop batch scheduling model with the minimum total order weighted completion time and the minimum maximum machine load is established.In order to obtain the resource allocation and process sequence for flexible manufacturing system,a multi-objective optimization problem model of flexible production automatic scheduling system based on standard Firefly algorithm was established,and the location update strategy of Firefly algorithm is improved to solve multi-objective flexible jobshop batch scheduling problem.Then verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm by cases.Based on the above scheduling algorithm and flexible manufacturing system,an automatic scheduling system for flexible production of turbocharger housings is designed and tested.On the basis of determining the system goal,the system structure,function structure and data model are analyzed,and the design logic and instruction representation method of the production scheduling function are analyzed in detail.The ease of use of system functions was tested through test cases.Then by the Alibaba Cloud PTS test platform,the stability and usability of the system are verified. |
