This paper focuses on the optimization design of high-resolution optical system in the field of machine vision.Telecentric optical path,large array imaging,imaging and lighting are the obvious characteristics of this kind of optical system.Through geometrical optics theory,imaging principle,information optics and simulation optics model,the high-resolution measurement optical system is studied in three aspects:system structure design,tolerance and stray light.The idea of establishing the initial structure by iterative focusing under the ideal lens structure is provided,including the determination of the reasonable parameters of this kind of optical system.Three principles of matching built-in coaxial lighting system with high-resolution measurement optical system are summarized.According to the results of tolerance analysis,a quantitative calculation method of tolerance sensitivity of this kind of optical system is proposed,and the concept of first-order guide of control pupil surface is adopted to effectively reduce the tolerance sensitivity.Finally,through the stray light analysis and Simulation of the system,the influence of surface shape on the stray light of the built-in coaxial light illumination mode is found.After the analysis and Simulation of different surface shapes,the high-resolution,object telecentric and large array optical system with 65 million pixel sensor is finally completed.This kind of optical system has the advantages of low sensitivity,good image quality,more than 90% illumination uniformity and more than 70:1signal-to-noise ratio.
