With the development of optical technology,most of the products can be measured online automatically.when products were measured online, measurement accuracy was not satisfied, due to errors of the optical imaging system.So this paper in view of the plate parts measurement designs a CCD imaging optical system,It is a double telecentric optical system,which has High-resolution, wide depth of field, low distortion, and other unique optical properties. According to the design requirement of telecentric lens:object height is 60 mm,the working distance is 100 mm,sensor is 2/3in CCD,a telecentric lens is designed,including seven pieces of spherical lenses,and the distortion can be less than 0.1%,the telecentricity is0.013,when maximum spatial frequency is set to 77.5lp/mm,the MTF is greater than 0.4.This system in the case of using fewer lens,the image still has reached the industrial measurement requirements,as well as the selection and design of the light source,CCD,the error of the whole system to do some analysis and research.
