| Fruit tree model construction and vibration simulation experiment are of great significance to the research and development of vibration harvesting equipment.The thesis focuses on multi-view fruit tree entity modeling and dynamic parameter acquisition,fusion of multi-view image reconstruction technology,finite element method and rigid-flexible coupling dynamics method to create a vibration device-fruit tree rigid-flexible coupling simulation model.The specific content is as follows:First,based on the multi-view reconstruction technology of the motion structure,the three-dimensional solid reconstruction of the plastic jujube tree is carried out,and the three-dimensional dense point cloud model of the plastic jujube tree is obtained using the VisualSFM software.The point cloud filter tool is used to remove the noise points and redundant points of the point cloud model.The trunk area of the jujube tree was extracted and imported into the three-dimensional modeling software to obtain the three-dimensional solid model of the jujube tree by combining curve fitting modeling,surface fitting modeling and solidification;secondly,the jujube tree was reshaped by the finite element simulation software ANSYS The three-dimensional solid model is subjected to modal analysis and harmonious response analysis,and it is obtained that the optimal vibration harvesting frequency of jujube trees is 5-10Hz,and in the vibration range of 0-10Hz,as the height of the excitation position increases,the nodes at the same forced vibration position The acceleration value increases,but the overall change law and trend of the vibration curve is consistent.Then,based on the joint simulation of ADAMS and ABAQUS,the vibration device-fruit tree rigid-flexible coupling simulation system is established,and the Fluent software is used to analyze the air resistance during the fruit vibration.Reveal the response characteristics and movement laws of fruits in vibration.The spatial motion of non-shedding fruits is a periodic circular motion,and the spatial motion of shedding fruits is a horizontal throwing motion under the action of gravity.The collision process of falling fruits with the ground is a contact-separation-re-contact.As the number of collisions increases,the contact force between the fruit and the ground gradually decreases.During the rising phase of the driving device speed,the contact force between the fruit tree and the clamping device,the instantaneous power of the driving device and the wire rope tension are all near the maximum;finally,this paper uses the jujube field vibration test and the vibration device-fruit tree rigid-flexible coupling analysis to obtain different vibrations.Vibration effect of fruit trees at different frequencies.The test results show that the error of the recovery factor between virtual simulation and field test is less than 10%,which verifies the correctness of the vibration device-fruit tree rigid-flexible coupling simulation analysis. |
