Study On The Application And Evaluation Of Fruit Trees In Urban Garden Green Space

China's fruit trees are rich in germplasm resources and have a long history of cultivation.The biological characteristics of different fruit trees are different,and the landscape value and ecological benefits in diffeerent urban green spaces are different.In recent years,fruit trees,as a kind of special greening tree species with multiple functions,have received more and more attention in urban landscaping.Compared with other common landscaping plants,they have more diverse characteristies and superiority.At present,the research on fruit trees mainly focuses on the cultivation,conservation and management of fruit trees.There are few studies on the application evaluation of fruit trees in urban landscaping,and there are few evaluation studies on the application of fruit trees in urban landscaping,which are mostly from the subjective level of decision makers,and few evaluation and research based on the public perspective.This paper first analyzes and summarizes the theoretical and practical research on the application of fruit trees in urban greening at home and abroad.Then,taking the fruit tree species in the urban greening of Hefei as the research object,using the sample survey method,select 30 representative plots of 4 types.Based on the field survey to obtain the original survey data,combined with the analytic hierarchy process to construct a fruit tree evaluation index system.Finally,the questionnaire was used to statistically analyze the respondents,evaluation of the current greening tree species in urban greening in Hefei.The main research work and key achievements of this paper include the following:(1)Through the field survey of the application of different green space fruit trees in Hefei City,34 species of fruit trees and green plants were counted in the plot,involving 17 families and 30 genera.Among them,there are 28 species of deciduous trees,6 species of evergreen trees,25 species of arbor,7 species of shrubs,and only 2 species of vines.The deciduous trees are the most widely used.(2)Based on the field investigation of the plot,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to scientifically construct the evaluation index system of fruit trees in Hefei City with four criteria layers of "viewing value,application characteristics,ecological benefits,social and human effects" and 15 factors as the index layer,such as tree shape,stress resistance and safety etc.And the weight of each index is determined by expert consultation.The weighting of the criterion layer is the application characteristics>ornamental value>ecological benefit>social human effect.(3)Establish a fruit tree grading evaluation system,and divide it into four grades:?,?,?,and IV.Ten species of fruit trees commonly found in Hefei were selected for evaluation by respondents.The evaluation results show that:the grade ? of comprehensive evaluation of professionals is Ginkgo biloba,medlar,pomegranate,Grade ? is sea bream,peach,plum,grade ? is apricot,plum,grade ? is persimmon,grape;In the non-professionals,the grades of grade ? are ginkgo and sea bream,the grade ? is pomegranate,medlar,peach,the grade III is apricot,plum,and plum,and the grade IV is persimmon and grape.The highest rating is ginkgo,the lowest is grapes.(4)Perform a difference analysis on the basic information characteristics of the respondents and the evaluation results.Among the respondents,the people of different ages and academic backgrounds showed significant differences in the evaluation of "viewing value".In other dimensions,there was no significant difference in the population of all ages and academic backgrounds.The difference in evaluation results between men and women is also not significant.(5)Respondents paid more attention to the natural appearance and growth characteristics of fruit trees,but there were significant group differences.Non-professionals pay more attention to the ornamental value of fruit trees,while professionals emphasize the resistance and low maintenance of fruit trees.Therefore,when developing fruit tree greening trees in cities,it is necessary to select more tree species or varieties with rich ornamental value,long viewing period,diverse seasonal changes,strong growth adaptability,and extensive management.(6)According to the survey,the respondents have extensive acceptance of the application of fruit trees in various common urban green spaces.Among them,the recognition of public events venues such as parks,small amusement parks and plazas is the highest,followed by residential areas;for safety reasons,it is generally considered that fruit trees are not suitable for urban road greening trees.In the form of fruit tree planting,the respondents indicated that they prefer to plant fruit trees in groups around the square and in residential areas,favoring the independent formation of fruit trees or setting up a complex natural community landscape with other garden elements.(7)The results of correlation analysis showed that the tree species,application areas and planting methods preferred by the respondents showed a significant positive correlation with the types,regions and methods applied in urban greening in Hefei.Under this circumstance,the public's preference for fruit tree greening trees is a key issue for fruit trees.Planners and decision makers can use this information to consider how to use fruit trees more rationally based on the nature and planning of a particular city.(8)It was learned from the questionnaires and interviews that the respondents were positive about the attitude and willingness to use the tree species in the urban greening.However,looking at the current urban landscaping,the application of fruit trees is still insufficient to meet the needs of people.In the future,relevant government departments,planners,and seedling suppliers should increase their efforts to properly explore potential fruit trees and green trees,and consciously guide the use of local fruit trees in urban greening.(9)People are eager to have the opportunity to express their voice and deep participation in the different processes of urban greening construction,but only to a certain extent have been lack of opportunities.In the future,urban management departments and green landscape designers should actively promote the pluralistic participation of the public in urban green spaces and provide more and more ways and platforms for participation.While seeking benefits for the general public,it also provides new ideas,new technologies and new sights for the promotion of greening of fruit trees.This paper hopes to explore the demand based on the public perspective through the study of the application and evaluation of fruit tree species in Hefei City,and to provide a basis and reference for building more diverse and higher quality urban greening of fruit trees which are accepted and loved by people in the future.
