At present,China’s industrial hazardous waste is usually treated by incineration,and incineration of toxic and hazardous waste can generate a large amount of waste heat,and then use waste heat boiler for recycling.However,a large amount of harmful pollutants will be generated during the incineration process.If the incinerator cannot be properly designed,it will not achieve the purpose of harmless treatment.By reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper first summarizes the current status of domestic hazardous waste treatment,highlights a waste gas waste liquid burning boiler used by chemical companies,and introduces the ability to remove nitrogen oxides,dioxins and hydrogen chloride.A new high-efficiency incineration system for hazardous substances such as gases,leading to the actual engineering design of the incinerator system used in this study.Then,according to the specific design requirements of the incinerator,the overall analysis of the combustion system layout and the design of the exhaust gas emissions were carried out.Including: calculation of physical parameters,calculation of flue size structure,thermal calculation,hydrodynamic calculation,calculation of smoke resistance.The parameters of the boiler design were obtained by using the thermal calculation software of Zhejiang University,and the design work of the project was completed by running the program correctly in the Autodesk Inventor environment.The waste gas incineration system designed by the boiler can meet the complete incineration treatment of waste gas from all incinerators,there is a certain range of fluctuation in the amount of processing,which has less pollution to the surrounding environment and improves the comprehensive utilization of energy.The benefits are particularly significant.
