Research On Improvement Of Management Capability Of Highway Bulk Transport Enterprises In China

With the increasing number and scale of key construction projects in China,the demand for bulky transportation is very strong and the market potential is huge.In particular,the country has accelerated the construction of nuclear power,wind power,energy and other projects.The increasingly large equipment of these projects has stimulated the development of bulky transport and promoted the rise of bulky transport enterprises.The rise and development of bulky transport has brought infinite possibilities to the bulky transport industry.From 1995 the measures for the administration of road transport of large objects to a quantitative definition of big standard,standardize the carrier,by 2000 the transfinite regulation on administration of road transport vehicle is carried out on the large transport vehicles,given authority for examination and approval,the call to arms to 2016,62 transfinite regulation on administration of road transport vehicle is standard big transportation vehicle management,establish a large transportation network licensing examination and approval platform,with perfect the related system of large transport industry,the big transportation enterprise management ability put forward new requirements.Based on bulk transport development on the requirements for large transportation enterprise management ability to ascend,and in this paper,according to the proposed research background,combing bulk transport system vicissitude process,combined with large transportation enterprise management related theory,build large highway transportation enterprise management capability index system,establishing the SEM model,the empirical analysis,conclusions,large transportation enterprise management ability of highway is analyzed.By reviewing relevant literature and combining with the actual operation of bulk-transport,seven factors including technology,safety,quality,environment,external cooperation,economy and human resources are summarized.Constructed including information technology platform,technology transfer,safety system construction,safety education and training,quality assurance system,transportation supervision system,the political environment,transport environment,highway Bridges to assist,insurance enterprises,compensation in planning,cost control,human resource planning and performance appraisal index system of 35 observed variables such as.SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 were used to draw the path analysis diagram and construct the SEM model.The empirical results show that the external management elements have the highest correlation with the management ability of bulk-transport enterprises,and the standardized path coefficient is 0.897.The safety management elements have a weak correlation with the management ability of bulk-transport enterprises,and the standardized path coefficient is 0.628.From the perspective of observation variables,transportation equipment safety,transportation supervision system,transportation environment,insurance enterprise assistance,personnel health management and information technology platform have a significant impact on the management ability of bulk transportation enterprises.Finally,in view of the management of bulky transport enterprises,some suggestions are put forward,such as constructing bulky transport industrial alliance,establishing regional cooperation platform and transnational bulky transport alliance,constructing four-in-one cooperation mechanism,attaching importance to the construction of transport supervision system,actively participating in the construction of information technology platform,independent research and development and introducing advanced technology.
