In the era of knowledge economy,science and technology has become a decisive factor for the survival and development of enterprises.With the rapid development of social economy,the requirements of enterprise technological innovation are also higher and higher.Technical talents play a vital role in the innovation driven economic transformation and upgrading of enterprises.If enterprises want to gain a firm foothold in the fierce competition,they must attach importance to and strengthen the introduction and management of technical talents.As a high-tech enterprise in the period of development,Shenzhen Weichuang Electric Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Weichuang electric company")has a very strong demand for technical talents.Optimizing the recruitment system of technical talents is an important condition for Weichuang electric company to achieve sustainable development.How to carry out an effective and excellent cycle of technical talents recruitment system is the current focus of Weichuang electric company The core work and important content of human resource management.Based on this,this paper takes Weichuang electric company as the research object,first reviews the domestic and foreign talent recruitment theory and research;on this basis,analyzes the current situation of technical talent recruitment in Weichuang electric company,and finds that the current recruitment system of the company has the following main problems: lack of understanding of the importance of talents,lack of long-term planning;uneven quality level of recruiters,lack of work experience There are many problems,such as the lack of effective recruitment methods,the lack of job analysis,the lack of cultural matching and so on.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper puts forward effective solutions: establish the concept of attaching importance to talents,do a good job in human resource planning;build a high-quality recruitment team,optimize the recruitment program;expand recruitment channels,strengthen recruitment publicity;introduce new recruitment technology,improve the quality of recruitment;establish recruitment evaluation system,so as to achieve the optimization of Weichuang power The purpose of technical personnel recruitment system of gas company.This paper has a certain enlightenment for the same representative enterprises in the industry,and to a certain extent makes enterprises pay more attention to and discuss how to optimize the enterprise technical personnel recruitment system.
