Research On The Application Of Nuo Culture’s Elements Of Tujia Ethic Group In The Design Of Rural Homestay Environment

As the prominent contradiction between the unbalanced development of material life and spiritual culture in the new era has been increasingly obvious,the way to protect and inherit the excellent traditional culture and make up the short board of the lack of spiritual culture have become an urgent issue to be solved.At present,the protection and research of traditional culture mainly lies in tracing the source of traditional culture.However,the research on how to apply traditional culture to modern construction,seek its time value and form the living inheritance of traditional culture is relatively insufficient.Nuo culture of Tujia ethnic group is the most complete preserved Nuo culture system in China,which integrates religion,folk custom and art,It is an inexhaustible treasure for the study of anthropology,ethnology,homestay,linguistics,art aesthetics and mask science.However,due to its characteristics of ghost worship and witchcraft mythology,it has been impacted by modern science,so that its attention is constantly reduced,and even in danger of extinction.How to protect and inherit this excellent traditional culture is worthy of our discussion.Based on the study of Nuo culture of Tujia ethnic group,this paper deeply analyzes its cultural characteristics and time value.Taking the rural homestay as the link,this paper explores the internal relationship between the two,and reproduces the Nuo culture of Tujia ethnic group through the rural homestay.Combined with the spiritual,cultural and formal characteristics of Tujia Nuo culture,four elements are extracted and transformed into four design elements: color,pattern,form and material through direct selection,induction and summary,exaggeration and deformation and breaking reorganization.This paper analyzes the relationship between Tujia Nuo cultural elements and rural residential environment,obtains the feasibility report of the combination of the two,puts forward the application principles,strategies and methods of Tujia Nuo cultural elements in rural residential environment design,and then combines "watching Nuo,listening Nuo,eating Nuo,living Nuo,touring Nuo,touching Nuo" with the design elements of "eating,wearing,living,traveling,entertaining and resting" in rural residential environment design,In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural atmosphere of our country,we should create the Nuo culture theme rural lodging space,form the living inheritance of Tujia Nuo culture and the organic development of rural lodging.
