| Reinforced as a composite building material has a history of more than 100 years,especially since the 20 th century,reinforced concrete has become the main building material in the world,so the study on the performance of reinforced concrete structure is very important,and reinforced concrete slab as the main building structure component,how to improve the performance of reinforced concrete slab has always been the key issue.According to the research results,steel wire mesh in reinforced concrete members can better improve the relevant mechanical properties of the specimens.In this thesis,different steel wire mesh is configured in the plate specimens.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:The first aspect is experimental research,we made 11 pieces of slab specimens,one of which is not equipped with steel mesh reinforced concrete slab(control group),the remaining 10 are set with different parameters of steel mesh reinforced concrete slab(experimental group).Taking the type of steel wire mesh,the number of layers of steel wire mesh,the diameter of steel wire mesh,the spacing of steel wire mesh and the strength of concrete as test parameters,the effects of different parameters on the failure mode,crack development,bending bearing capacity and deformation capacity of plate specimens are studied,and the mechanical properties of different specimens with the same parameter are discussed through comparative analysis.The reasonable calculation formulas of flexural cracking load and ultimate load of steel mesh reinforced concrete slab are deduced.From the test phenomenon,we can see that: the midspan deflection of all the specimens are larger,specifically,the midspan deflection of 2G1.2-12 specimen with galvanized touch welded wire mesh is the smallest,which is smaller than that of the contrast specimen,and that of other test groups are larger than that of the contrast specimen;The crack development of the test group is much better than that of the control group.Except for 2G1.2-12 specimen,the cracks on the bottom and side of the test plate are fine and closely,,and the number of main cracks and secondary cracks are more,while the cracks of the control plate are sparse and wide,and the number of secondary cracks is less.The test results show that the bearing capacity and crack control capacity of stainless steel woven wire mesh are better than the others;the bearing capacity and crack control capacity of plate specimen have a positive correlation with the number of layers of wire mesh and concrete strength,and a negative correlation with the wire spacing of wire mesh.The bearing capacity of plate specimen has a positive correlation with the wire diameter of wire mesh,and cracks can be controlled There is a negative correlation between capacity and wire diameter.From the specific data,the bearing capacity of the test plate is increased by 8.96%-38.84%,the total number of cracks is increased by 47%-340%,and the minimum crack width is only 33% of the control plate.The second aspect is to use large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS for numerical simulation.ABAQUS software contains rich definition of material properties,close to the real material constitutive simulation relationship and accurate component constraints and boundary conditions.Through the establishment of a 1-1 model,the bending performance test of reinforced steel wire mesh concrete slab is studied,and the simulation results are close to the test results.Because of the limitations of engineering test cost and operation difficulty,it is impossible to set test groups for all parameters and the change range of parameters in engineering test,so ABAQUS software is used to establish relevant models for simulation calculation.The simulation results show that combined with the construction difficulty and benefit maximization,It is suggested that the number of layers of steel wire mesh for plate test piece should not exceed two layers,preferably two layers,;in order to make better use of the excellent reinforcement dispersion advantage of steel wire mesh,the diameter of steel wire mesh should be between 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm,and the appropriate steel wire mesh can be selected in combination with the market supply situation;The wire spacing of steel mesh must be less than the particle size of coarse aggregate,otherwise it is easy to cause holes and other problems... |
