So far,most of the researches on composite shear walls filled with concrete with steel plates have shown that the steel plates can effectively restrain the concrete,and the deformability and strength of the concrete are improved.At the same time,the concrete and bolts can also effectively limit the surface of the steel plate.The buckling of the steel plate is delayed,and the working potential of the steel plate is fully tapped.Studies have confirmed that this member has the advantages of high horizontal bearing capacity,large lateral stiffness and good seismic ductility.Based on the force transmission mechanism of the steel plate shear wall and the concrete shear wall,the research group proposed the design idea of the double-perforated steel plate-constrained concrete composite shear wall to realize the collaborative work of the concrete pressure field and the steel plate tension field.In order to systematically study the anti-shear synergy mechanism of the composite shear wall structure,3 pieces of 1/3-scale double-perforated steel plate-constrained concrete composite shear wall panels were designed and manufactured and subjected to hysteresis under low-cycle reciprocating loads Performance test research,and use finite element modeling analysis to verify the feasibility of simulation.By changing the design parameters such as bolt arrangement and bolt diameter,9 test pieces were designed for finite element simulation.The hysteresis curve,shear stiffness,failure mode,and strain characteristics of the test and simulation results are analyzed,and the stress and strain trend of the steel plate tension band during the loading process of each specimen is summarized,the contribution distribution of the lateral force of the steel plate and concrete,and the internal force of the tension bolt The distribution rules and other indicators preliminarily clarify the force mechanism and coordinated working mechanism of steel plate and filled concrete,and provide a theoretical basis for deriving the bolt structure design of double-perforated steel plate-constrained concrete composite shear wall.The research shows that during the whole process of the test loading,the steel plate and the inner concrete of the double-perforated steel plate-constrained concrete composite shear wall specimens have relatively small slippage,no obvious deformation of the tension bolts,no local damage to the edge members,and the specimens have good performance.The lateral force and ductility of the steel plate are adopted;the tension bolts are arranged along the diagonal line of the steel plate without holes,so that the shear strain distribution of the steel plate section is uniform,the distribution range of the tension band is increased,and the steel plate restricts the concrete to increase,and the concrete pressure field is improved.The contribution to the lateral force of the steel plate delays the yielding process of the steel plate;the reasonable combination of the steel plate opening form and the arrangement of the tension bolts can improve the overall performance of the specimen,and then give full play to the pure shear force mode of the tension field and the pressure field;The smaller the bolt diameter,the weaker the restraint effect of the steel plate on the concrete,the faster the concrete damage process,and the steel plate tension belt yields prematurely.
