With the development of national economy and technology constantly, the development of the construction industry has also been vigorously, but a shortage of social resources and natural resources is more and more, in order to save labor, improve the production efficiency, optimize the social resources, protect the natural environment, puts forward the construction of industrialization production mode, to adapt to the development of the society.Construction industrialization is an effective way to solve this kind of waste, an effective way to resolve social conflicts, and is the inevitable trend of social development, is the necessary road of sustainable development, this article will study along this line of thinking, and the following several aspects:(1)Design new type of precast restraint reinforced concrete shear wall structures, the reduced scale model, design one piece of general shear wall and three pieces of precast reinforced concrete shear wall.(2)Reinforced concrete shear wall by precast constraints and contrastive analysis of the general shear wall, the results show that the precast constraints and general shear wall of reinforced concrete shear wall with the same bearing capacity, and has good stiffness and seismic performance.(3)By precast constraint of reinforced concrete shear wall under quasi-static reciprocating load, different height to width ratio on the bearing capacity and seismic performance of comparative analysis, the results show that with the decrease of the aspect ratio, its ductility performance wallboard, seismic performance is more and more strong, improve the bearing capacity, stiffness increased.(4)By ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation analysis, comparative analysis of the test results and simulation results show that the test results and simulation results have good consistency.(5)In the scope of this test, given the different test results and theoretical calculation results, the introduction of adjustment coefficient, the existing of "technical specification for steel reinforced concrete composite structures" has carried on the correction of shear formula of the shear wall, puts forward a new theoretical calculation formulas, and by the method of linear fitting to verify the effectiveness of the new formula, and the new formula can be used as reference.
