Research On Cost Collaborative Control Among Enterprises In Shipbuilding Industry Chain

Due to the impact of COVID-19,China’s shipping industry has suffered a huge impact,ship orders have decreased,ship owners are short of funds,and shipping has been pressed the pause button for a time.Facing such a severe market environment,it has been a general trend for enterprises in the shipping industry chain to strengthen cooperation and form synergistic effects,among which the most important thing is to control the cost synergistically.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the analysis and discussion of how to closely link the internal management and external collaboration of shipbuilding enterprises,give full play to the synergistic advantages,so as to reduce the cost and form the synergistic cost management effect of shipbuilding industry.In this thesis,two research methods,literature review method and empirical analysis,are used to conduct in-depth research on the cost cooperative control among enterprises in the shipping industry chain.First of all,this thesis analyzes the current operation status of the shipbuilding industry and the synergistic status of the shipbuilding industry chain.By describing the existing problems in the current cost control of shipbuilding enterprises,the necessity of cross-enterprise cost cooperative control in the shipbuilding industry chain is discussed.Secondly,the cost cooperative management framework among enterprises in the shipping industry chain is constructed.The thesis selects the organization mode of cost cooperative control and divides the cost cooperative control into three levels of the shipbuilding industry value chain.Then on the basis of the specific identification of each level of cost,the corresponding content of cost collaborative control is analyzed,and three methods of cost collaborative control are selected.Again,put forward the control cost synergies between ship industry chain enterprises can produce cost coordination management effect,and identify the factors that affect the specific cost collaborative management effect,according to these factors put forward relevant assumptions and empirical analysis,through the questionnaire survey,data analysis and other methods to verify the hypothesis,finally obtained the influence factors and the linear regression equation of cost coordination management effect.Finally,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the cost coordination control among enterprises in the shipping industry chain,hoping to provide some ideas for the shipping enterprises to control the cost.
