Developing prefabricated building is an important measure to realize industrialization and sustainable development of new building.The realization of high quality,high efficiency and low cost production of prefabricated buildings requires the cooperative operation of multiple participants in the design,production supply and construction of the prefabricated building industry chain.However,due to the information asymmetry,unclear responsibility and poor information,the cooperative relationship between these subjects is affected,and the production efficiency and quality of prefabricated buildings are restricted.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the multi-agent collaborative system and multi-agent collaborative relationship,construct the multi-agent collaborative mode of the prefabricated construction industry chain,and put forward feasible practical strategies with the goal of promoting multi-agent efficient collaboration and realizing high-quality industrial development.On the basis of extensive collection of relevant data and sorting out domestic and foreign research,the research content is conceived,mainly including the following aspects:(1)Define the concepts related to the multi-subject synergy mode of the assembled construction industry chain.Combining the concept of industrial chain and the concept of synergy,we clarify the concepts of assembly building industry chain and multi-subject synergy,and define the connotation of multi-subject synergy mode of assembly building industry chain.(2)Analysis of multi-body cooperative System of prefabricated building industry chain.This paper expounds the objectives of the multi-agent collaborative system of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings,analyzes the constituent elements of the multi-agent collaborative system of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings,including identifying the participants,using SNA analysis method to clarify the specific role playing and functional status of the participants,using WBS method to extract the list of collaborative work at each stage,and analyzing the content of collaborative activities between participants.The environment of multi-agent collaborative system of prefabricated building industry chain is described from external and internal aspects.(3)Analysis of multi-subject cooperative relationship of prefabricated construction industry chain.From the two dimensions of connection relation and interaction relation,the multi-subject cooperative relation of prefabricated construction industry chain is analyzed,and the formed three-dimensional network cooperative relation and its characteristics are analyzed.Based on evolutionary game theory,an evolutionary game model of multi-agent cooperative relationship is constructed,and the equilibrium stability strategy and ideal state of multi-agent cooperative relationship under different situations are discussed.(4)Construction of prefabricated construction industry chain multi-subject collaborative mode.This paper expounds the principle of multi-agent collaborative mode construction of the prefabricated construction industry chain,analyzes the basic logic of mode construction,and constructs four modes of multi-agent collaborative mode according to the equilibrium of subject status and the closeness of collaborative relationship.Based on the comparative analysis of the multi-agent collaborative mode,the applicable conditions of different modes are proposed from three aspects: region,scale and environment.(5)Taking Tianjin as an example,the paper puts forward the practice strategy of multi-subject cooperative mode of prefabricated building industry chain.According to regional differences,different regions are suitable for different types of multi-agent collaborative model.Taking Tianjin as an example,this paper analyzes the industrial status quo of Tianjin,determines the multi-agent collaborative mode it should adopt,and puts forward feasible practical strategies from three aspects: increasing government support,cultivating leading enterprises and promoting technological innovation.
