Instrumentation industry is an important industry that provides measurement,detection,regulation,control and other technical equipment for various departments of the national economy.With the vigorous development of 5G technology and industrial internet,the human society is moving from informationization and digitalization to intellectualization,and the era of interconnection of all things is coming.Instrument equipment itself of high performance,high precision,high stability,high environmental protection,high intelligence is the first thing we need to pursue,at the same time for the intelligent and efficient management of instrument equipment is also not to be ignored.At present,there are still a series of problems in the management of equipment in enterprises,factories,schools and scientific research institutes,such as the inability to remotely monitor equipment data,the large number of equipment,the wide variety of equipment,the unclear hierarchical management of equipment,and the delay in equipment maintenance and overhaul.Aiming at the above problems,this thesis designs and implements a set of intelligent instrument equipment management system.The main work contents of this thesis include:(1)Through access to information,field research and combined with the actual needs of the enterprise to determine the final system needs to achieve the specific functional goals,and designed the overall structure of the system and each functional module.(2)Design and develop a set of intelligent equipment background management system and a smart device management mobile APP.The final realization only need to print the unique identification of the Qr code on the equipment,with the mobile APP and the background system can achieve the intelligent management of all the processes of daily use of all instruments and equipment in the enterprise.(3)Build a new communication platform for IOT equipments,Lora wireless communication technology and MQTT protocol are used to realize the communication between the intelligent instrument and the backstage server.In this way,the background of the system and the mobile APP can monitor the data of intelligent instruments and equipment remotely.The background of this system is developed based on SpringBoot,using Maven for project management,and using Shiro for permission control,Mybatis technology is used for persistence layer,Bootstrap,Thymeleaf and OpenLayers are used for view layer,and Android is used for mobile APP development.At present,the system has passed the overall test and all functions are in normal operation.
