| As the frequency of fire accidents has been on the rise in recent years,the party and the country have accelerated the construction of "smart fire protection".With the large-scale purchase of fire-fighting vehicle equipment,there are more and more types of fire-fighting vehicle equipment,but the problems of low inventory efficiency and chaotic management of fire-fighting vehicles are becoming increasingly prominent and need to be resolved.Radio frequency technology(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)can be used to conduct inventory analysis of the materials in the fire truck to improve the efficiency of fire material management.This article studies and designs an RFID reader for inventory of fire trucks.It supports the EPC C1G2(Electronic Product Code Class1 Gen2)protocol.It can automatically collect fire truck materials.It is easy to operate and supports remote control.The main research contents of this article include: 1.Conduct the research on the most original ALOHA anticollision algorithm used in EPC C1G2 protocol,analyze its advantages and disadvantages,improve it on the basis of the dynamic frame time slot ALOHA anti-collision algorithm,adopt the idea of grouping frames to increase Algorithm throughput.;2.Based on the investigation of various fire brigades in Wuxi and the analysis of the inadequacies of the existing RFID readers in the market,the hardware design and software solutions of the reader are proposed to solve the problem of not supporting wireless transmission and improve the scalability of the reader;3.According to the RFID reader hardware Design,designations of the micro-control circuit,power circuit,4G interface circuit,storage control circuit,RS232 interface circuit,SWD(Serial Wire Debug)download mode circuit,RTC(Real Time Clock))Clock circuit,RF module interface circuit,etc.are designed to ensure the stability of the reader,and the RF module switch circuit is designed to reduce the power consumption of the reader system;4.According to the RFID reader hardware Design,designations of the bottom layer driver and the application layer.Among them,the bottom layer driver mainly completes the protocol analysis task.The application layer program is based on the client / server architecture,and can be remotely controlled and commanded through the server.And other functions to improve the intelligence of the reader.By building an experimental test environment,the designed reader is tested.The experimental results show that under the antenna environment of 30 d Bm and 5dBi reader,the identification distance of the reader to the tag is4.5m;within 10 seconds,read The writer can read 60 tags;it takes a total of 15 seconds to inventory 60 items in the fire truck,and the data transmission accuracy rate is 100%;the improved tag anti-collision algorithm throughput rate can be maintained between 34% and 36%.The reader designed in this paper meets the design performance index and can be used to inventory fire truck materials. |
