| Canned motor pumps are widely used in chemical industry,military industry,aerospace and other fields because of their significant advantages of no leakage and low noise.In order to better meet the intelligent development of canned motor pumps,this thesis has designed a multi-sensor fusion Io T remote online monitoring platform based on actual needs.The main functions include the online monitoring,alarm and control of the remote state of the canned motor pump,realizing real-time information collection of multiple parameters and the whole process,and introducing multi-sensor information fusion technology to comprehensively control the running state of the canned motor pump.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Starting from the common malfunction of the canned motor pump,analyze the functional and non-functional requirements of the platform,discuss the platform architecture,and combine multiple technologies to realize the intellectualization of the canned motor pump.(2)Select the neural network to realize the multi-sensor data fusion,study the learning algorithm and learning process of the BP algorithm and the LMBP algorithm in detail,compare the prediction results of the two algorithms,LMBP algorithm has the advantages of fast convergence,good fitting and small mean square error,and choose to rely on the LMBP algorithm to build a model to predict the head to improve the predictability of the system..(3)Starting from the overall design,a reasonable development platform is selected,the C/S mode is adopted,the STM32 is used as the main controller of the equipment acquisition control terminal,and One NET is used as the cloud service platform,based on the Qt development of remote monitoring terminal,complete the encrypted data transmission between the monitoring terminal and the cloud service platform to ensure data integrity and communication confidentiality.(4)Designed and implemented a remote monitoring terminal.According to functions,the remote monitoring terminal is divided into six modules: user login,realtime monitoring,data query,information management,alarm control,and system setting to realize data visualization and provide reliable support for maintenance.The test results show that the terminal can realize the remote real-time monitoring and management of the equipment and achieve the expected design goals.The platform designed in this thesis has a good effect of data fusion,can monitor the running status in real time,ensure the smooth operation of the equipment,ensure safe production,and avoid major accidents caused by small damage,which is of great significance to the status monitoring of the canned motor pump. |
