With the development of sensors and Internet of Things technology and their application in remote monitoring systems for the status of infrastructure such as towers,underground pipeline networks,manhole covers,bridges,etc.,these monitoring systems often have single application scenarios,low accuracy of collected data and equipment installation and operation Complexity and other issues.Therefore,carrying out the research of remote monitoring terminal has certain engineering application value.Based on the investigation of the specific needs of the relevant monitoring standards of the country's new integrated infrastructure,smart transportation and smart city,a remote monitoring system plan for the state of road infrastructure based on multimode information is constructed.The plan includes overall design,sensor unit design and control And other aspects of communication unit design.In the terminal design,the raw attitude data of the carrier is collected by the MEMS accelerometer,gyroscope and magnetometer,the error analysis and processing of the sensor collected data,and the multi-sensor data fusion using the Kalman filter to obtain the angle value;and the carrier Monitoring of displacement and settlement information;because of the insensitivity of low-frequency static characteristics of MEMS sensors,real-time dynamic differential technology is used to detect carrier position deviation;after reporting abnormal alarm data on the terminal,a camera module is added to collect onsite image information to achieve timely on-site conditions To understanding.The current and voltage output sensor interfaces are reserved in the hardware design to adapt to other common types of sensors;the data communication process is controlled through a custom communication protocol,and the remote program update unit is used to maintain the equipment.The test results show that under laboratory test conditions,the terminal inclination monitoring error does not exceed 1 °,and the positional deviation of high-precision positioning in all directions does not exceed 10 mm,which meets the design requirements.Business processes such as terminal image acquisition,scheduled inspection,abnormal report,command configuration and program update can run stably and reliably.
