As the world’s largest e-commerce platform,Amazon is the first choice for small and medium-sized foreign trade companies to conduct cross-border sales.Company K,a cross-border sales startup with B2 C as its main business model,supplies domestic high-quality products to consumers in major developed countries in Europe and America through the Amazon platform.The thesis takes K company as the research object,uses first-hand company data and data,uses a combination of theory and case analysis methods,applies SWOT tools,analyzes the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by K company,and uses the Amazon platform to cross The problems and causes of the sales of cross-border e-commerce.On the basis of STP analysis,combined with SWOT conclusion and K company’s problems,a cross-border sales strategy system was constructed,including platform selection strategy,in-site operation strategy,in-site marketing strategy,off-site marketing strategy,customer service strategy and supply Chain management strategy.
