Study On Performance Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Tianjin Airport Cross-Border E-Commerce Supply Chain

Under the influence of the post-crisis era,the development of the global economy has faced many uncertainties and uncertainties in recent years as world trade growth has continued to slump and external demand has stagnated.The cost of domestic production factors has continued to rise,and the development of foreign trade companies has entered a period driven by factors,investment-driven changes,innovation-driven optimization,and structural transformation and upgrading.Due to the rise and development of “Internet+”,the cross-border e-commerce created by “Internet+Foreign Trade” has risen rapidly,the development momentum is strong,the transaction scale has been continuously expanded,and the growth rate has been as high as 20%.The penetration rate of China's foreign trade has been in 2017.At 25%,the penetration rate has increased year by year.Cross-border e-commerce has become another blue ocean in the development of e-commerce.It is a power source and booster that revitalizes domestic economic vitality,drives regional economic development,and promotes the transformation and upgrading of industrial structures;it is an important function for the transformation of new and old industrial functions and high-quality development.The point of integration is an important part of the modern economic system.With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry and the rise of the modern supply chain as a national strategy,plus the special status of Tianjin as a pilot city for eight cross-border e-commerce companies is a major step in the transformation and development of traditional foreign trade in Tianjin.The study of e-commerce supply chain structure has important practical and theoretical significance.Firstly,this article analyzes the development status and key elements of the Tianjin Airport cross-border e-commerce from the aspects of logistics,capital flow,and information flow involved in the supply chain system,and highlights the role of cross-border logistics in the analysis process;Analyze the key elements and build the cross-border e-commerce supply chain structure of Tianjin Airport,and use the structural equation model to verify;then,the above supply chain structure is reconstructed in terms of cost,efficiency,service,etc.to evaluate the performance;,Set up a dynamic evaluation set of evaluation results,perform sensitivity analysis,and propose corresponding solutions.
