| As the fundamental materials for the civilization advancement of daily life and production,fossil fuels are not only depleting,but also brings sever environmental issues due to its broad application.IN the context of global environmental conservation and China’s energy strategies,the transformation of energy consumption into a low-carbon and clean manner is inevitable.The modern energy and internet technologies are able to integrate the terminal energy supply and consumption of electricity,gas,cool air and heat.Through launching integrated energy service,it is feasible to improve the energy usage efficiency,reduce energy costs,and promote energy transformation.Electricity is clean,efficient and easy to use,it is considered as the terminal energy with the most diverse applications.Thus,electric power fits the concept of integrated energy services well.Power grid enterprises own enormous infrastructures,abundant marketing channels and customer resources,therefore,they possess the natural advantages for building integrated energy services platform.With the platform economic theory,this paper designs reasonable overall structure,core function,deployment method to establish the integrated energy service platform taking the grid companies as the core,and explores the operating mechanism of the platform.Combined with platform evolution theory,it analyzes the methods of choosing suitable strategies in different stages of its dynamics development to maintain its competitive advantage and consolidates its core leading position.This paper provides ideas and references for development of the integrated energy service platform for grid enterprises and shows a certain theoretical and practical significance for improving the efficiency and benefit of energy supply and use,and promoting energy transition. |
