Cost Estimate And Control Research Of Vehicle Component Project

Under the dual drive of policy regulation and market,enterprises usher in the new development of industry and the new requirements of market.To promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important national policy foothold.Profit is the first major goal of the enterprise at this stage,and cost control is the inevitable requirement of the development of the enterprise industry.From the perspective of the subdivision field of audit statistics,with the increase of overall services and resources,the cost will also increase.Taking RX-5 vehicle navigation project as an example,this paper finds that there are many problems in the cost management of the enterprise,which is mainly due to the backward application of cost management theory in China’s auto parts enterprises,the enterprise has no advanced scientific and normative theoretical guidance,and is very blind in the management process,so the management effect is not good,which makes the cost expenditure in the project development process too high,beyond expectations,leading to lower revenue,all of these have an impact on the improvement of the cost management level of China’s auto parts enterprises,so as to restrict the improvement of the overall management level.Therefore,this paper uses WBS(work breakdown structure)accounting method to analyze the cost control process of SAIC RX-5 vehicle navigation project,combined with relevant project data and materials,to find out the problems of cost control.Firstly,taking RX-5 vehicle navigation project as an example,this paper combs the related concepts of WBS work breakdown and cost control,and studies the methods and process of project cost control,including ABC classification,WBS related theory,earned value method,etc.,which has laid a solid theoretical foundation for this study.Then,it analyzes the cost structure of RX-5 vehicle navigation system,analyzes the current situation of project cost control from the research and development stage,procurement node and production stage,calculates and analyzes the cost from the aspects of output value,planned cost and actual cost,and analyzes the cost from the aspects of project cost estimation,software and hardware development and testing,sample cost estimation,so as to analyze the whole project Objective to analyze the elements of cost control structure,and provide the factual basis for the proposal of the change plan.Finally,ABC classification method is used to roughly estimate the cost composition of RX-5 vehicle navigation project,analyze the key points of cost expenditure,so as to make targeted improvement strategies,and optimize the cost control process combined with the project.It is mainly to carry out dynamic cost control,ensure the research and development quality of the project,improve the earned value method,and implement dynamic management.The purpose is to continuously reduce the cost under the premise of ensuring the quality,and provide reference for the cost control process optimization of RX-5 vehicle navigation project,and also bring greater benefits for the production and manufacturing of automobile parts enterprises.
