In China,the real estate industry plays a pillar role in the national economy.At present,the development environment of China's real estate market is becoming more and more complex,with potential risks.A little careless,will make a decision mistake,bring huge investment risk to the company.If you are not careful,you will make a mistake and bring huge investment risk.The ultimate purpose of enterprise investment is to make profit,and real estate development is a large centralized use of human,material and financial resources.The accounting of the cost of real estate.Nowadays,the competition in the social market is increasingly fierce.Most real estate enterprises have the problem of developing cost control.Now the social land cost,material cost,labor cost,and operating cost have all continued to grow,and the profit margins of real estate companies have been reduced.Now the real estate development has been from the past extensive style,how development can make money,into the need to strictly control the cost,intensive farming era.Technological upgrading is accelerating,specialization is becoming more and more high,the division of labor in the industry is more detailed,and the program is strengthened.In order to maximize profits,real estate development enterprises need to strictly control costs,intensive cultivation,in order to reduce their own development costs and achieve their goals.Profit maximization is the fundamental goal of the survival of every enterprise.In the current real estate situation,the growth rate of housing prices has slowed,the profit margins of the industry have fallen,and cost control will become one of the core tasks of developing companies to obtain profits.To use the least money to create the maximum value,we must strengthen the cost awareness of all employees.All aspects of cost accounting and cost control should be strengthened.This paper introduces the development trend and current situation of real estate,and takes the case of the development period of the real estate industry such as the development period of the development period of the real estate industry such as the development period of 2007-2017,as an example,the development of the project of Wanshui,Changzhou real estate.We will analyze in detail the proportion of land costs,construction and installation costs in the cost of housing and the main factors affecting the cost,with particular emphasis on the proportion of labor,materials,machinery,management fees,and profits in the construction of sub-divisions.The two buildings with different development times in the land block were compared to strengthen the cost accounting and find out the factors that have the greatest impact on the cost and profit of the company.
