| Xuancheng area is located in the south of Anhui Province.The climate there is humid and rainy.There are many hills and mountains in the south of the area.The micro-climate characteristics are obvious,and the transmission line icing frequency is high.The over-head transmission lines in the mountainous and hilly areas often break,jump and even collapse due to icing,which affects the safe operation of the regional power grid.It is very important to know the icing state of transmission lines in time to ensure the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.Based on the investigation and analysis of Xuancheng Power Grid icing operation and maintenance needs,this paper carries out the icing monitoring system research which is suitable for the actual operation and maintenance of overhead transmission lines in this region.The research results hope to provide reference for the prevention and control of overhead lines icing.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall design of the icing monitoring system for Xuancheng Power Grid is carried out.Combined with the performance,application scope and working conditions of the existing icing monitoring system,the hardware framework of the monitoring system is designed,and the scheme of the monitoring system is optimized in the aspects of signal acquisition,transmission and processing;The processor,communication interface circuit and power supply circuit of the monitoring system are analyzed and selected,and the layout scheme of the power supply of the monitoring system on the tower is designed.(2)This paper analyzes the operation of the existing transmission line icing monitoring system,and studies the selection and layout of the system information acquisition unit.The installation and application of tension and pressure sensors on overhead lines are compared and analyzed,and the tension sensor is selected as the stress information acquisition unit of the system;Combined with the building and terrain characteristics of the ice station,the information acquisition effect of each part of the ice station is analyzed,and the layout scheme of image acquisition,temperature and humidity acquisition,wind speed and wind direction acquisition unit of the ice monitoring system is determined.(3)The calculation and analysis of icing model based on stress,sag,air temperature and other factors were carried out.The image measurement values of simulated line icing thickness at ice observation station,the calculation values based on tension sensor icing thickness,and the manual measurement values of actual line icing thickness were obtained respectively.Combined with the operation and maintenance data,the regression analysis method was used to deduce the different altitude,elevation difference,trend,and ice thickness Under the condition of wind direction,the relationship between the above three icing thickness values improves the adaptability and reliability of the system.On this basis,the transmission line icing warning strategy for Xuancheng Power Grid is obtained. |
