In power system,overhead transmission line is a necessary existence of electric energy transmission,but in its operation process,line icing becomes a threat that can not be ignored.Especially in winter in the south,the problem of icing is more serious,and when the line icing is serious,it may cause a large area power outage,inverted tower and other accidents.However,with the continuous development of remote on-line monitoring technology,the problem of icing on overhead transmission lines in monitoring,warning and even deicing is solved more intelligently.This paper is based on LoRa wireless communication module and 4G modules with 5 mode 13 frequency mobile communication technology,combined with Tencent cloud service platform to complete the overhead transmission line icing monitoring and early warning system design and research.The system consists of three parts:acquisition layer,transmission layer and main control layer.The collecting layer monitors the meteorological condition of the monitoring point through the micro-meteorological sensor,and the real-time icing thickness per unit length of the overhead line is obtained indirectly by calculating the monitoring quantity of the tension sensor and the dip sensor;The transmission layer uses the close LoRa wireless communication module and the long distance wireless communication 4G modules,takes the tree network topology as the network way,completes the monitoring sub-station and the main control terminal information transmission,in addition,designs the icing monitoring sub-station in the hardware and the software aspect separately as may choose the communication mode flexibly according to the need the general type equipment;Java Web technology is used to connect the main control platform with Tencent cloud server to complete the design of icing monitoring and early warning interface,and to realize the functions of real-time data display,ice thickness value prediction,monitoring sub-station management,historical data query and so on.For the convenience of the close range parameter configuration of the monitoring sub-station,a handheld device with LoRa module is designed to establish communication with the monitoring sub-station and complete the configuration function.This paper designs and studies the prediction method of icing thickness according to the high requirement of icing warning function in this system.In this paper,we propose to combine the classification of icing state with the k mean approach algorithm in the process of building the sample bank,and optimize the LS-SVM parameters by PSO to make the prediction value more accurate.After simulation analysis,the prediction method of this paper can reduce the prediction error based on the prediction of icing thickness.Finally,according to the design plan,complete the physical production and system building,and through the system function and performance two aspects of testing.The system test shows that the ice monitoring and early warning system designed in this paper meets the design requirements in terms of function,and the reliability and real-time performance of data transmission meet the actual requirements.Figure[55]Table[9]Reference[82]...
