| The ability of newborn chicks to resist external stress damage is limited,and they are easy to produce stress response during transportation.How to improve the stability of the carriage structure,improve the transportation environment,and avoid the stress damage of the chicks during transportation has always been the focus of attention of chick transporter manufacturers.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the mechanical properties and internal environment of the chick transport vehicle in the product development to improve the performance of the whole vehicle,improve the transport quality of the chick and reduce the mortality.First of all,according to the design requirements,the whole vehicle design scheme is determined,and the detailed design of the carriage assembly,the layered frame assembly,the cooling system assembly and the heating system assembly is completed,and the geometric model of the chicks transport vehicle is established UG using the 3D modeling software.Then,the finite element model of the car frame is established by Hyper Works software,The static analysis and free modal analysis are carried out on the car frame under three typical working conditions of horizontal bending,emergency braking and emergency steering,The structural performance parameters such as strength,rigidity,low-order modal frequency and mode shape are obtained,which provides reference data for the lightweight design of the car frame.Secondly,with the thickness of the car frame profile as the design variable,the maximum allowable stress and the maximum allowable deformation of the car frame as the constraints,and the minimum mass of the car frame as the optimization objective,the car frame size optimization design is carried out,and the optimized structure is analyzed and verified.The results show that the optimized car frame meets the requirements of strength and rigidity,and does not resonate.The car frame reduces weight by 15%,which realizes the lightweight design of the product.At last,the flow field simulation model of the transport condition in summer and winter and the preheating condition of the carriage is established.Fluent software was used to perform steady-state simulation and transient simulation on the two transportation conditions and preheating conditions,and the cloud diagram of the temperature and wind speed fields around the chicks during transportation and the time-varying temperature in the cabin during preheating feature.The simulation results are evaluated according to the environmental conditions that should be met during the transportation of young chicks.The unreasonable ventilation structure is improved and designed.After the improvement,the temperature distribution in the compartment is more uniform and there is no obvious airflow stagnation area,which meets the requirements of the transportation of young chicks. |
