| With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the consumption of fossil energy is also increasing rapidly.Therefor,it is urgent to solve the problem of automobile energy consumption.For this problem,there are two main solutions at present.First is to use renewable energy and clean energy as alternative energy for automobiles,second is to improve the efficiency of internal combustion engine to achieve the purpose of reducing fuel consumption.Because hybrid electric vehicles(HEV)have the advantages of traditional fuel vehicles and pure electric vehicles at the same time,and the development of hybrid vehicles has a certain foundation,so hybrid vehicles have become the research hotspot at the present stage.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper introduces the research background and significance of the project,and the structural characteristics of HEV with different configurations and current commonly used energy management strategies are analyzed.2.The model of engine,motor,battery and the energy management control was built under SIMULINK/Matlab.A fuzzy controller with double input(required torque and the SOC)and single output(engine torque)was designed and the fuzzy controller was embedded into the simulation model for simulation analysis.3.Because the design of fuzzy controller is mainly based on expert experience and has strong subjectivity,so the Partial swarm optimization was used to optimize the fuzzy controller.4.Since the optimized membership function of fuzzy controller is not the same under different working conditions,therefore,the fuzzy controller was optimized under different driving cycle and the optimized fuzzy controller was embedded into the vehicle model,and the real road condition was imported into the model for simulation to compare the effects of the optimized fuzzy controller under different driving cycle.The results shown that compared with the logic threshold control strategy,the fuzzy logic control strategy can effectively reduce energy consumption;the fuzzy controller optimized with particle swarm optimization algorithm can further decrease the energy consumption;the membership functions optimized under different driving cycle are not the same,so the optimization of the membership function needs to be performed in conjunction with the driving cycle,the optimized fuzzy controller based on Chinese testing cycle are better than NEDC cycle when simulation under the actual road condition. |
