| Due to the advantages of BEVs,such as simple structure,high energy utilization rate,zero emission and so on,it is expected in today’s increasingly strict emission regulations.The existing test methods can not truly and accurately reflect the performance of BEVs in the actual use process,so it is great significance to study the performance of BEVs in the actual driving cycles.This paper takes six BEVs as the test object,researches the performance of BEVs in the actual driving cycles,deeply analyzes the influence of seasons,air conditioning,traffic conditions,etc.on the energy consumption of BEVs,discusses the accuracy of range estimation,subjective performance and durability of BEVs,and makes use of AVL Cruise simulated the performance of fuel cell vehicles and BEVs in different actual traffic conditions,and demonstrated the adaptability of BEVs to actual traffic conditions.First of all,four typical routes are selected in Tianjin,and six BEVs are used for a oneyear actual traffic conditions test.The performance of BEVs in the actual traffic conditions is studied,and the impact of seasons,air conditioning,traffic conditions on the energy consumption of BEVs is analyzed.According to the test results,under the same conditions,the energy consumption of BEV is the highest in winter and the lowest in summer.The energy consumption in winter is 25.0-45.0% higher than that in summer,and the energy consumption will increase 5.1-24.5% after the air conditioning is turned on.The energy consumption of BEV is the lowest in R3 and the highest in R4.Secondly,a group of volunteers were chosen to carry out a one-year free route experiment,and the users’ travel situation and usage rules were studied.According to the test results,the existing range of BEV can meet the travel needs of most people.The driver will decide whether to turn on the air conditioner according to the travel distance and outdoor temperature.Thirdly,the accuracy of range estimation,subjective performance and durability of BEVs are tested.According to the test results,under normal temperature,the accuracy of range estimation is the highest,followed by high temperature and low temperature.After driving a certain distance,the battery capacity of BEV is reduced,the energy consumption is increased,and the range is reduced.In the high temperature,low temperature and high speed range of BEV,the average range decreased by 18.1 %,36.7 % and 20.3 %respectively. |
