Evolution of human traffic through the years to witness the development of today canget involved in outer space, exploring new territory stage, which is proof of humancivilization, but also composed a tragic history of Mother Earth increasingly disastrous. Withthe accelerated process of development of human society, people’s quality of life andrequirements are scaled new heights, various problems attendant has become more obvious,energy shortages, environmental pollution is one of urgent problems that need attentioncountries around the world do this together to discuss development strategies and oversee thesigning of agreements with each other, in order to reduce the severity of the problem. Butdemand is growing, the population growth has led to urban sprawl, increased travel distances,etc. are to face a growth factor, transport energy consumption as one of life guzzler. Therefore,this paper aims to transport energy consumption by the road network changes brought onurban transportation planning analysis, comparing the total energy consumption andchangesin the distribution of different scenarios to analyze the impact of the mechanism and extent.This paper studies the energy consumption of domestic and international traffic areanalyzed, first into the macro-level, meso-level and micro-level factors that affect traffic onthree levels of energy consumption was analyzed, and the results of this paper is carried outfrom the meso-level road network energy analysis, and the use of micro-level factors as thecorrection factor. Considerations selected after evaluation of road network energyconsumption indicators and the establishment of a road network energy consumption iscalculated, sub-sections of energy models superimposed. This paper also studies at home andabroad to explore new energy sources and energy efficiency policies are analyzed, summed upthe measures and methods for energy conservation.After the energy consumption of transport-related knowledge to interpret and explain,taking into account the actual situation in this article a case study, the starting amount ofchange and the changes of energy distribution from three angles, that affect a single roadproject road network energy consumption, impact on traffic flow source relocation bringspassenger growth and metastasis road network energy consumption, as well as acomprehensive transportation network traffic source and a combination of changes affecting the road network energyconsumption. While using scenario analysis of different scenarios tomake assumptions, select the impedance function as path selection factors, traffic demandforecast by four-stage method to predict future demand for years, and through theestablishment of a road network energy consumption for each research perspective formula,calculated under different scenarios of total energy consumption and distribution network, andfinally whether the comparison method using a comparative analysis of the situation, drawtraffic sources and integrated transport network energy consumption affects the size of theroad.Finally, the research content and methods for summing up, thinking the role of the sizeof the energy consumption of transportation construction, designed to carry Exploration inthis areais expected in future transport planning and traffic construction, and more emphasison energy conservation and environmental protection.
