| In recent years,the competition of sanitary ware industry market has begun to show a white-hot trend at home and abroad.As a well-known sanitary ware brand in China,HD Sanitary Ware Group(hereinafter referred to as HD Sanitary Ware)has won the trust of many consumers by virtue of its perfect product system and excellent quality.In April 2017,the Group successfully listed on the A-share market,facing greater opportunities and challenges.Therefore,research and formulate a development strategy which will help HD Sanitary Ware to further enhance its competitiveness will be of great significance to the future development of the Group.This paper analyzed the development strategy of HD Sanitary Ware comprehensively by using modern strategic management theories and analysis methods,and combining with the theoretical knowledge of enterprise development strategies put forward by domestic and foreign scholars.First of all,through the use of PEST analysis model,the external macro environment of the enterprise is analyzed,including political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment;through the use of Porter five force model,the industry competition environment of the enterprise is analyzed.Secondly,this paper analyzed the operation management,marketing and brand quality of HD Sanitary Ware.Thirdly,on the basis of the above analysis,SWOT analysis method is used to clarify the company’s own advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and select the SO strategy which is in line with the actual situation of HD Sanitary Ware and can be fully implemented.It is emphasized that the key to the further development of HD Sanitary Ware is to give full play to its own advantages,increase the R&D,production and marketing of the integral sanitary ware,intelligent sanitary ware and ecological sanitary ware,vigorously promote the project construction,and truly realize the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise.Finally,increasing investment in design and R&D,accelerating project construction,optimizing marketing system and other measures are taken to ensure the implementation of the development strategy. |
