Most of the successful cases of manufacturing service transformation are large enterprises,such as Rolls-Royce in the United States,General Electric,IBM,etc.Shanxi Drum Group and Sinosteel Group in China.However,in China,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises account for more than 60% of GDP,and small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have become the main force to promote the transformation of manufacturing services.However,overall,China’s small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the process of service transformation due to financial constraints and market risks,most of the transformation business is in the product-oriented service stage,and few successful cases,such as puppy appliances and Ning mei,etc.On the basis of continuous tracking of the service transformation process of the puppy electrical appliance,the thesis studies the model and method of product module division,service module division and their matching in the service-oriented transformation stage of product-oriented.The main contents include:(1)Research on product module division of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Combining the characteristics of capital constraints of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,considering the three factors of product function,structure and customer demand,the design structure matrix is established,and the fuzzy module clustering method is used to divide the product modules.The thesis is take the D-937 product of the puppy horizontal vacuum cleaner as an example to verify.(2)Research on the division of service modules for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Identify the tangible services in the whole life cycle of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and use the combination of graph theory and design structure matrix to divide the service modules.Take the puppy horizontal vacuum cleaner D-937 as an example to verify.(3)Matching research on product modules and service modules of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Combined with the characteristics of literature research and small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,the four factors of quality,service response time,service price and cost were introduced.The matching model of maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing enterprise cost was established,and genetic algorithm was used to solve it.Taking the D-937 horizontal vacuum cleaner of the puppy appliance as an example,it is verified that small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises should use the service to obtain the service functional transformation of the product under the cost control and on the basis of ensuring the functional requirements of the product.Additional benefits,and seek the best satisfaction of customers,complete the transformation of manufacturing services. |
