The Structure Design And Development Of The Terminal Equipment Of The Automatic Fare Collection System Based On Modularization

Under the background of mass customization and personalized customization,modular design,as an advanced design method,has become a hot research topic.It greatly meets the requirements of the enterprises to accelerate product upgrading,and responds quickly to customer diversification and personalized customization requirements.The terminal equipment of the Automatic Fare Collection System(AFC)is product of large demand in the market and the need of its update cycle is increasingly short on functionality.Therefore,this paper proposes that modular design method is applied to the whole structure design of the terminal equipment which is then configured into a new product through modular combination.When there are some changes in functions,only need to replace,transform or increase a module or some modules,thus the cycles of the design,manufacture and assembly of these devices have been greatly shortened.It mainly includes the following contents:(1)According to the characteristics of the terminal equipment itself,analyze the principle and angle of its module division,apply different methods to modules of different levels,complete the module division scheme of the terminal equipment,and ensure the rationality of the division result.(2)Complet the structural design of some modules based on the modular design,mainly including the box frame,interface module and coin lifting mechanism.(3)Based on the priority number system,the model parameter series is planned by market orientation.In such a case,an applicable module coding system and coding structure are designed,which uniquely identifies each module,facilitates module management,and lays the foundation for later module configuration.(4)After modular design,the terminal equipment is constituted through modular assembly.This article has designed the module configuration design flow.The configuration of the terminal equipment can be quickly completed,based on the module family assembly model and customer demand.
