| In recent years,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly,the construction market has expanded significantly,the industrial structure has been continuously optimized,the level of science and technology has been improved greatly,and economic and social benefits have achieved a win-win situation as well.In the process of the development of construction industry,risk management has always been the top priority.Mechanical and electrical construction is a professional field in the construction industry,involving a wide range of specialties,a cross-ranging manipulation and strong functional requirements,which increases the probability of risk occurrence.Traditional project management methods cannot meet the needs of modern projects in terms of quality and safety control,progress supervision and cost reduction.So,it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of mechanical and electrical installation programs.To be specific,the mechanical and electrical installation project of F Sports Park is a large-scale landmark mechanical and electrical installation program.The content involved in the project is relatively complex,and there are many processes which are restricted by many factors,resulting in a high level of risks.Due to the COVID-19 pandemic which outbroke during the process of program construction,higher level of requirements was implemented in terms of project risk management.First of all,this paper introduces the basic information about the mechanical and electrical installation project of F Sports Park,including project introduction,project organization structure,and project WBS work breakdown structure.Secondly,it plans the risk management strategy of electromechanical installation project of F Sports Park and proposes related risk characteristics and management objectives.By using risk identification methods such as expert experience method,brainstorming method and RBS method,this paper examines the risks of the electromechanical installation project and concludes certain risk factors,such as project cost,progress,safety and quality.Furthermore,the analytic hierarchy process is put forward to evaluate the risk of F Sports Park project,which helps to get the weight of each risk factor and find the risks that need to be paid attention to in the process of project implementation.Among them,the progress risk of the project is the largest,the quality risk is the second,and the cost risk and safety risk are relatively small.Finally,it puts forward the risk countermeasures of electromechanical installation project in F Sports Park.Specifically,we should deal with the schedule risk by doing a good job in pandemic prevention and control,work and production recover,paying attention to the adjustment of schedule,strengthening project organization and coordination,and doing a good job in technological innovation management.Deal with quality risks by strengthening material quality control,strengthening quality supervision of technology application process and improving the comprehensive quality of construction personnel.Deal with the cost risk by improving the fine control level,strictly executing the change claim system and enhancing the bidding management level.Deal with safety risks by improving the safety awareness of all employees,improving the safety production responsibility system and strengthening the safety control of mechanical equipment.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the project,this paper puts forward the risk monitoring mechanism.The study of this paper also has certain reference significance and experience value for the risk control of electromechanical installation projects similar to F Sports Park. |
