| With the development of enterprises,the traditional decentralized fund management model has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise management,and centralized fund management has emerged.As a provincial-level grid enterprise under the State Grid,S Grid has a wide range of businesses,and its management is characterized by low financial standardization,insufficient integration of business and finance,and weak internal control,which needs urgent reform of fund management.There are many academic studies and practical applications of capital management in enterprises.However,there is less research on how to use technology to improve the wisdom and efficiency of enterprise fund management and how to build an effective and safe fund management system in the context of financial integration.Through literature research,field research and case study methods,this paper examines the literature and data on financial sharing and enterprise group fund management,and combines fieldwork to gain an in-depth understanding of the pain points and problems of fund management before the construction of the smart fund management system of S Grid.After that,we analyze the construction effect of the enterprise fund management system through quantitative analysis of financial cost rate,and other indicators.And the problems of unbalanced financing structure,insufficient decision support capability and low enthusiasm of member enterprises in the intelligent capital management system are identified.Finally,we propose solutions like improve the efficiency of investment and financing,and summarize the successful experience and construction points of stateowned enterprises in building intelligent capital management system,so as to provide reference for the reform and development of capital management of other companies in State Grid Group,and even major domestic state-owned enterprise groups.This paper is expected to draw the following conclusions: First,in the process of transforming state-owned enterprise management to a wise financial sharing system,there is a necessity and urgency for the construction of centralized capital management;second,a wise centralized capital management system based on the integration of business and finance can effectively realize the optimal allocation of resources within the group,reduce enterprise operation costs and improve business benefits. |
