| The rapid development of information technology affects the details of the day-today business activities of the group companies.As the core content of enterprise management,fund management must also be optimized according to the development of technology.Group A is a large-scale multinational engineering construction enterprise with large capital investment and long payback period.The accounting services provided by the Financial Sharing Center have not met the needs of the daily capital management of the group enterprises,and the financial sharing center has been promoted from accounting to risk control.The transformation,so the financial sharing center’s use of financial robots and the use of big data technology to handle massive business,financial data and analysis has become the most urgent optimization needs of Group A’s fund management.A group’s fund management still has many problems on the road of financial sharing service development for ten years.How to solve the problem of daily work,and then realize the intelligent upgrade of the financial sharing center to become an urgent problem to be solved by Group A.The thesis firstly summarizes the aspects of fund management,financial sharing,robot process automation and decision tree,and then elaborates the status of fund management of Group A under the financial sharing service mode from the aspects of capital planning,fund settlement and internal transfer.The large amount,the failure of fund settlement,and the lack of information on internal allocation decisions have forced the financial sharing center to generate optimization requirements for process automation,decision analysis and risk control.Therefore,according to the optimization needs of Group A and the combination of information technology,the paper designs the optimization of fund management for Group A under the financial shared service model,including the use of robotic process automation technology to optimize the process of five business scenarios in fund management.The decision tree method is used to predict the two aspects of working capital risk prediction.Then,the specific implementation of the working capital risk prediction combined with the robot process automation technology and the C4.5 decision tree algorithm is analyzed,and the system,personnel,data and Four aspects of technology put forward the safeguard measures for the specific implementation,and finally draw the conclusions of the paper and propose future prospects.Through the research of the thesis,it is expected to provide a theoretical reference for the Group A to optimize the fund management,help the group to establish a fund management environment with a high degree of process automation,and solve the problems of the current financial sharing center in the fund settlement.Secondly,by constructing a working capital risk prediction model,it provides a scientific judgment basis for the Group to implement internal allocation decisions,enhances the control over capital risks,and allocates funds in advance to prevent shortage of funds. |
