| With the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia worldwide,people have to face the epidemic situation frequently.But at the same time,no matter society or individual,we must invest in the rhythm of resuming work and resume production as soon as possible,and gradually resume normal social operation and personal life.The operation within the city is the core of urban development.For a modern city whose population and economy have reached a certain level,the operation arrangement of subway is an important embodiment of the level of urban development,and the operation scheme of subway train is an important part.A novel coronavirus pneumonia train operation plan under the influence of epidemic situation is a relatively new research area.Based on the different stages of development of the new crown pneumonia epidemic situation,this paper proposes a comprehensive subway train operation plan and operation plan according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.The research results are also applicable to other major public health events.Hope to provide some reference for metro operation.Based on the analysis of the passenger travel demand,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of passenger flow and the influencing factors and components involved in the metro train operation plan,this paper studies the problems related to the metro train operation plan under the influence of the epidemic situation,analyzes the impact of the epidemic situation on passengers and Metro operation,and puts forward the effective value of epidemic prevention(EVP)to reflect the effective degree of epidemic prevention.The epidemic situation was classified,and the special train routing plan under the influence of epidemic situation was designed.This paper studies and analyzes the model structure and algorithm selection of train operation plan under the influence of epidemic situation,summarizes and puts forward the emergency control scheme of metro operation including train operation plan under the influence of epidemic situation,and studies the enabling conditions of train operation plan under the influence of epidemic situation,so as to provide reference for Metro Emergency operation during the period of epidemic prevention and control.With the objective of minimizing the comprehensive generalized cost of passengers’ waiting time,effective value of epidemic prevention and total operating cost,the model of metro train operation plan under the influence of epidemic situation is constructed.Considering the train operation conditions and capacity resources,the constraints of the model are set.After the sub objectives are unified into the generalized cost,they are calculated and the weight of each sub objective is allocated.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the model,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the existing heuristic algorithm,the model is designed mainly based on the improved genetic algorithm,and the design is verified by particle swarm optimization algorithm,which is realized by MATLAB software.Taking Beijing Metro Line 5 as a case,the basic situation of the line and the characteristics of passenger flow are analyzed.The model and algorithm constructed in the previous paper are used to solve and analyze the train operation plan in the stage of low-risk normalized epidemic prevention and control,and the plan of running large and small routes and using 6-car marshalling is obtained.Through the comparison of particle swarm optimization algorithm,the overall index change rate is less than 3%,which verifies the reliability of the model and the improved genetic algorithm.Complete the whole day train diagram drawing under the requirements of normalized epidemic prevention.Through parameter adjustment and taking Changping District and Chaoyang District as examples,the train operation plan and operation emergency control scheme of Beijing Metro Line 5 based on different risk levels are obtained.Finally,the operating conditions of the emergency control scheme for Beijing Metro Line 5 under the influence of the epidemic situation are determined.There are 41 figures,19 tables and 67 references. |
