With the gradual improvement of construction system standards in China,the requirements for engineering quality and construction environmental protection are constantly improving.In order to protect the environment and reduce pollution,the state has promulgated the policy of prohibiting mixing on site,which makes the dry-mixed mortar ready-mixing base develop rapidly.At the same time,the dry-mixed mortar transporter and mobile silo are widely used in the construction industry,and the back tank truck is one of the necessary equipment for bulk dry-mixed mortar transportation.In recent years,as the performance requirements of back tank truck are getting higher and higher,the design,development and research of back tank truck are very valuable.Firstly,based on the product requirements of a special vehicle enterprise,the development and research of a silo transport tank truck are carried out.Referring to the latest national industry standards,the overall design,the design of special working devices,the design of key components and the working process of the back tank truck are proposed.The three-dimensional model of the back tank truck is established by UG,and the dynamic simulation model is established by ADAMS,which verifies the rationality of the movement of the working device of the back tank truck,and obtains the kinematics and dynamics characteristic curve of the relevant parts and relevant data.Then,based on the relevant data obtained,Hyper Works software is used to analyze the static and modal characteristics of the sub-frame,overturning frame and mobile frame under two working conditions,which verifies that the strength and stiffness of each working device meet the requirements and that resonance phenomenon will not occur in normal operation.Finally,the lightweight of the working device is studied by using the structural optimization method.Among them,the subframe is optimized by topology and size,the overturning frame and mobile frame are optimized by size,and the optimization results are verified and analyzed.The analysis results show that: on the premise that the subframe,overturning frame and mobile frame meet the requirements of strength and stiffness without resonance,the quality of the subframe is reduced by 190 kg,15.61%,the quality of the overturning frame is reduced by 273 kg,20.42%,the quality of the mobile frame is reduced by 157 kg and 23.4%,which realizes the purpose of lightweight design and lays a foundation for the finalized production of the product.
