| The intelligent connected vehicle(ICV)industry has become an important breakthrough in China’s progress towards " strong automobile country ",and the industry has played an important role in the fight against the Covid-19 by giving full play to contactless prevention and control,laying a good market acceptance,while the development of related new industries has formed an all-round and multi-level support,bringing a good development opportunity for vehicle-road cooperation.The ICV industry is ushering in good development opportunities.Relying on 5G,AI industry and O2 O service industry in recent years,China has made good progress in the field of intelligent networking and aftermarket operations.However,compared with the earlier developed countries,it has a weak foundation in the underlying operating system and chip manufacturing,There are still many common key technologies and problems that need to be overcome urgently.In order to overcome these problems,this article mainly explores the influencing factors of industrial technology innovation and analyzes the relationship between the factors.Based on this,the causal relationship and stock flow diagram of the industrial technology innovation system are constructed.Five optimization schemes are designed and combined with China’s industrial data,putting forward suggestions for optimizing the technological innovation path of China’s ICV industry.Firstly,this paper establishes a theoretical model of the factors influencing technological innovation in the ICV industry based on literature review and industrial development,and obtains a total of 11 influencing factors in 5 dimensions,and uses the DEMATEL method to analyze the centrality and cause degrees to determine the role of different factors in the process of industrial technological innovation and their mutual influence.The research shows that policy environment support,financial environment support and innovation funding are the main "origin" factors,and effective invention patent is the most important "result" factor,which is consistent with the related research in other industries.The number of test licenses issued and the construction of test and application bases are the two influencing factors that have an impact on the investment in innovation,which ranks first in centrality and starts a new round of technological innovation process,forming a complete technological innovation circuit,reflecting the specificity of the industry.Secondly,this paper constructs a causal loop and stock flow diagram of the technological innovation system of the ICV industry based on the results of the network relationship analysis of the influencing factors.Based on the validity test of the model,five path optimization schemes are designed,and sensitivity simulation analysis is conducted using Vensim PLE software by combining relevant statistics of China’s ICV industry.The study shows that environmental support,innovation investment,industrial cohesion,talent attraction and cultivation and multi-factor synergy show positive correlations with the performance of technological innovation in the ICV industry,and have different degrees of influence on technological innovation in different development periods.Finally,the optimization path of technological innovation in the ICV industry is proposed from five perspectives.First,it is necessary to form a consensus on the development strategy and complete the top-level design of the basic platform required for technological innovation in the ICV industry.The second is to optimize the financial environment,increase innovation investment to break through key technologies,overcome the challenges faced by basic forward-looking technologies and common crossover technologies,and form core technology competitiveness.Third,to enhance industrial cohesion,promote the development of industrial alliances and promote mutual support between alliances to accelerate industrial technology innovation.Fourth,the use of policies,finance and other means to enhance the attractiveness of industrial talent,the formation of talent and industry to grow together a benign mechanism.Fifth,we should coordinate industrial testing applications,strengthen the interconnection of demonstration bases,and promote the establishment of a cross-regional mutual recognition mechanism for testing licenses. |
