| China’s rapid social and economic development has led to a rapid increase in automobile consumption.By the end of 2019,the number of automobiles in China had exceeded 250 million,with the proportion of traditional fuel vehicles exceeding 98%.It is proved that the fossil-fuel-based vehicles lead to the problems such as resource depletion and environmental pollution which are currently of global concern.Therefore,the industry of New Energy Vehicles(NEV),which is based on clean and environmentally friendly New Energy as the core power,has become an important starting point for all countries to ensure Energy security and reduce environmental pollution.Currently,China has taken the development of NEV industry as an important part of the development of strategic emerging industries,and the government has vigorously supported the development of NEV industry through macrocontrol and policy subsidies.After more than 30 years of development,China’s NEV industry has become the world’s largest in terms of production and marketing.However,in terms of technological innovation,there are still some problems such as the subordination of key component technologies to others,unbalanced development of technological innovation in new energy production communities,and high dependence on policies.The root cause of these problems lies in the weak technical force,imperfect innovation environment and low liquidity of various innovation elements and resources in the innovation subject of NEV industry in China.Therefore,how to improve and strengthen the technical innovation capability of NEV industry in China is a major practical problem to promote and realize the sustainable development of NEV industry.The theory of innovation ecosystem emphasizes the ecological characteristics such as openness,synergy,symbiosis and evolution,and focuses on the interaction between the innovation subject and the environment.The application of the innovation ecosystem theory to research the technological innovation of NEV industry in China is conducive to the clarification of the complex network structure of various innovation subjects and innovation environment,and the analysis of the cooperation mode of each innovation subject.The technological innovation of new energy automobile is a complex system engineering with multi-subject participation,multi-factor collaboration and multi-stage connection.The improvement of technological innovation ability and efficiency depends on the material exchange and information exchange between the innovation subject and the innovation environment.Based on this,this paper will combine the innovation ecosystem theory and industrial innovation System theory,and use System Dynamics(hereinafter referred to as SD)method to study the technology innovation ecosystem of China’s NEV industry.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of technological innovation development of China’s NEV industry,points out the existing problems,and constructs the innovation ecosystem model of China’s NEV industry technology from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,providing a theoretical framework for subsequent analysis.Secondly,literature analysis was used to identify the key factors affecting the technological innovation ecosystem of China’s NEV industry,and the key factors were classified into three levels of demand,supply and environment from the perspective of the innovation ecosystem.Then,the SD method is used to comprehensively analyze the interaction of the three subsystems and the feedback relationship among the elements in the system,and the causal loop diagram of the technology innovation ecosystem of China’s NEV industry is established.Then,based on the influence of various factors in the model on the technology innovation system of China’s NEV automobile industry,combined with data reliability and availability,the stock flow diagram of the technology innovation ecosystem of China’s NEV industry was drawn,and the validity was tested.Finally,Vensim PLE software is used to carry out the trend simulation and policy simulation of the total number of new energy vehicle patent applications and annual patent applications in China.Conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)The development speed of NEV industry technology innovation ecosystem is slow in the early stage and fast in the later stage.With the increase of innovation subjects and the expansion of system scale,the increase of material exchange and information exchange between various innovation subjects and innovation environment positively promotes the improvement of NEV industry’s technological innovation ability and efficiency.(2)The increase of R&D investment of innovation subjects,the enhancement of industry-university-research cooperation and the improvement of industrial innovation environment have a positive promoting effect on the improvement of technological innovation capability of NEV industry.(3)In terms of innovation subjects,R&D talent investment intensity factor,entrepreneur factor and industry-university-research cooperation intensity factor have a significant positive promoting effect on technological innovation of NEV industry.(4)In terms of innovation environment,policy factors and market factors have an important impact on technological innovation in NEV industry. |
